Dr. Laos and his team are among the best in dentistry that I have ever encountered in my lifetime. I barely even felt anything and had zero pain as they worked on me. Great experience every time. The office gives digital reminders and a personal call before your appointment. Staff is professional, knowledgeable, positive and personable. Dr. Schmidt spends as much time as you require discussing future treatments and your questions. I've only needed teeth cleaning and a night guard, so I can't speak to the other services. 2022 Update: Have been working with Dr.Laos for several visits. He is excellent at his dentistry. He listens and works with you to acheive the results you want. He is an artist with his work as well. Amanda is my go to for teeth cleaning and she is also one of the best. She is gentle and has natural products that she can use at your request. I have a family member that drives over three hours for both their services.

The cleaning was fine. The dentist tried to up-sell me on some wild stuff (capping my molars to even out my bite?). He pitched me for what felt like 5 minutes. It was really awkward. They also tried to upswell me on coming in for cleaning 4x per year instead of two. The whole experience left me feeling uneasy and stressed. They have new ownership. I only saw one of the 3 dentists, but I think I will look for a new dentist.
