Clock Tower Family & Cosmetic Dentistry: Patrick Waite, DDS

Had my teeth cleaned by Jessica Saucedo yesterday in the Caldwell office. She is very conscientious and thorough in her work. Also, great job by all of the people in the office. Very professional all around.

Dr. Waite and his staff are awesome! They got me in on a (emergency) short notice appointment as a first time patient. Efficient and fast with friendly staff. Nice clean office as well. Had a filling done in less than an hour from walking in the door, and my teeth are jacked up!

I took my child here when he was about 7 years old he has an extraction done and the Dr. Was so aggressive, my son was literally crying, not a whining kind of cry but an almost screaming kind of cry where I knew he was HURTING. The doc did not care he just said my child is fine he is only feeling "pressure" so I left and tried taking my oldest child here 7 years later thinking, this place for sure has got to have changed some things. I did drive a 3 hour round trip to come here.some things! The lady at the front desk is so sweet, all the dental hygienists are so awesome! The doctor was pretty good initially in the first appointment then, we had to make the decision to extract his tooth, so we get in the room and my child is throwing up, very pale, his lips are purple and the doctor is irritated because my husband is asking the doctor why he is feeling this way? why is he in so much pain? And all the doc could say, "he is just in shock, it happened to me in dental school" my son was trying to the doctor he is hurting but the doctor excuses it as "pressure" my child is 15 years old! He knows the difference between pain and pressure! The doctor does not like to be questioned about his work and he is absolutely disrespectful! The hygienists that was in the room was super caring as she saw how we were being treated and she tried to be as helpful as she could although that is her job and the way she supports her family so she couldn't say much with out losing her job but she deffinatly felt for my son. So in my opinion, if you need a tooth pulled, go elsewhere but as far as anything else this would be a good place to be.

Every appt have a great experience from the receptionist to the assistant and Dentist I highly recommend this dental office to anyone

Everyone at Clock Tower is extremely nice to deal with. And, as an added bonus, extremely good at their job. From the lovely lady at the front desk, to the kind and thorough hygienist, to the amusing and deft Dr. Waite, you will find your best dental experience ever. They worked very hard to accommodate my dental and insurance needs and I couldn't be happier with the 3 visits needed this past 10 days. I very highly recommend this modern, pleasant Dentist facility!

What a great facility and staff. Dr. Mooso is awesome. Amazing service. We have been going here for appx 5-6 years. Never disappointed.

I went here and they said I need to pull my teeth out because they need it out so I got three pulled the need of finding I wasn’t supposed to get those teeth polled and that my parents got scammed so now I have very large gaps I am never going here again I hope this place gets close down the only thing that was nice that it was the staff and clean

I stopped by in June of 2020. I was charged for an xray and a exam. The lady at the front desk told me the exam was free with my insurance. I was at the office for no more than 20 mins and all they did for the exam was have me open my mouth and take a look at my troubled tooth. They never used any tools on me, it was a simple glance. They told me I needed a root canal and it couldn't be done by them. Once I got to the front desk, I asked how much was owed and the lady said nothing. Here I am 9 months later (3/12/21) getting my first bill in the mail saying I owe $48 and it's 90+ days late(this is the first notice I've ever gotten from them) so I called the office and the lady said it's because the person in charge of sending the statements out hasn't been doing it. So I hope the $48 is worth the 1 star review I'm leaving. Edit to your reply: No, I understood it well. Your receptionist is the one who told me false information and said I didn't owe anything. And then 9 months later I get my first bill saying it's 90 days past due(Never even received any phone calls from you guys during thag 9 months either). I called and asked about it, and the receptionist even said that they messed up, and weren't sending out the statements like they should of. The only reason I paid it was because I didn't want this affecting my credit score. So instead of you guys trying to say I misunderstood it, no I did not. Take accountability for your mistakes, and don't try to pin it on your customers.

Impressed with how fast I got an appointment. Staff is very friendly and on task. Dr. Waite is very gentle while working on you, made sure I felt no pain, and even eliminated my anxiety before treatment. I was well taken care of and comfortable during my visit. If your afraid of dental treatments this is the place for you.

Expensive for my budget

Dr. Waite is fantastic! There’s no long waits in the lobby, and he is very gentle. Best dentist I have ever been to. The staff he has working there are also very friendly and helpful. I actually like going to see my dentist. The office is very, very clean, which is a big deal to me.

My experience was an absolute 5... the hygienist, Sheila, was extremely thorough and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Waite explained everything in layman’s terms which is a plus. The office was perfectly clean and the staff is friendly..

Got in the same day. Wonderful service and very clean office. Dr. Waite was really nice talked to me about my options and gave his honest opinion and worked with me on price since it was all out of pocket. I got a tooth pulled and it did not hurt at all the day of or the next day. Very great service and friendly staff with recommend this place and will return!
