Its been a few months since i had oral work done through them ....i asked mutiple times whilein the office if i had to 0ay up frontand how much i owed .i eneded up chargingall of the work i sceduled on my dental first card ... A. Week later the office calls and tells me if i wanted to finish with the worl i would have to pay 1305 upfront or goto theofficethatmy insurance covera which im currently going . I justgot a bill sayingi owe them 1297 . I owe this untruthful money hungry peoplenothing .iwillbe callinginthe morning to fix this problem because the lady inthefront office reassured me i owed nothingand it was all charged to my dental first account card . iwouldnever refer anybody to this place ever again .... FYI they did half the worl then told me they cant finish it ...

Went in extreme pain for a broken tooth. I just needed help feeling better but before realizing what is going on, I am having my teeth cleaned?! I didn't need this service, I just needed to be out of pain, and I was upsold on procedures I thought would lead to removing pain. instead I now have bill that includes things I didnt want because they saw an opportunity to upsell to someone who was crying in pain. Shame on this business Same work. 10% of the cost. Go to Post Falls Family Dental and work with true dentist. Not a money hungry business with dentist attached.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I appreciate the care I have received.they are great at working with your needs. My treatment plan was explained clearly and professionally.

The staff was super friendly. I had a LOT of anxiety getting my teeth pulled and they were very reassuring. Ashley never left my side. I've never had a dental experience as good as this one.

Asked for a checkup and a cleaning. Was given a checkup and said I would have to come back tomorrow for a more extensive cleaning. I’m not a fan of businesses up selling to customers. Nor do I have time to take another afternoon off from work.

I’m terrified of the dentist, but this office made it super easy, affordable & relaxing. Best dentist I’ve had west of the Mississippi River. Thank y’all again.

I got my top dentures done there and i really liked them but after 6 months they cracked and they told me it would cost me $180 to fix them and they are not under warranty. This place is nothing but money grabbing con artist that dont care about you just your money.

Dr. Mileski and his staff at Aspen Dental went above and beyond to help my mother feel comfortable and to make sure her teeth were perfectly fit. She had recently lost my father, and she been suffering for years with ill-fitting dentures from another company. She left her appointment with a new smile and a light of hope in her eyes that I haven't seen in years. Thank you so much for giving my mom a reason to smile again.

I can say that he loves his doctor and the staff,but the teeth don’t fit because there maybe wasn’t enough care to make molds that represented the true size and shape of his gums and teeth biting all the way down. He even told the staff that he couldn’t bite all the way down because the molds were too rigid. He hates his temporary’baby teeth’ because they aren’t true to the contours of what could have been captured.

Everyone was friendly when i was there. I went in because I was having extreme pain and I couldn't see my regular dentist right away. I was told that I did not have an abscess and that she wouldn't prescribe me antibiotics. I was able to see my regular dentist the day after and I for sure had an abscess and went an additional 24 hours with the pain for no reason. Everything I was quoted from 3d xray to cleanings were triple the price then my regular dentist and the endodontic specialist I was referred too.

Very helpfull, didn't gouge me for stuff I thought I was going to need. Payment options was great

I was greeted by a woman, the back of two occupied chairs facing me. I said hello and one woman turned to me and ask if she could help me- like I needed directions or something. When I told her I was there for an appointment, she still had her back to me. After knowing my name she said they had tried to contact me regarding my appointment but couldn’t reach me. I told her I confirmed via an email sent to me. She just sort of ignored that statement. I ask if my appointment had been canceled, she said no but never left her chair facing away from me. When I finally commented on her service, she rose and spoke with me face to face The rest of the appointment was very professional and they took Cora time explaining what was happening and what steps came next I was disappointed in the fact my appointment had been scheduled for a cleaning, but it was more a collection of data regarding my teeth. I had to schedule another appointment for the cleaning Yes, I’m going back for the cleaning, I just hope they are as professional the next time as they work in my mouth. I have serious doubts about their front and office staff

Can see you rather quickly and most of the staff is friendly overall. They defiantly try to squeeze you for every penny, they will get a little prickly when you decline a procedure because you cannot afford it. Dr Watts became visibly irritated when I declined a crown and cut our conversation short. The hygienist insisted that only a deep cleaning would help me and would not do anything but the deep cleaning, after sometime talking with the office manager it was determined that my insurance would cover all but $680, after my cleaning she tells me that after talking with my insurance company I owe another $412. Just seems very expensive, when you look at your insurance bill they charge for many items that insurance does not cover, basically services that could be optional but they insist you have. The office manager and finance gal are very courteous. Hygienist tries to be friendly but seems to be hard for her, I have had cleanings here before with just slight pain afterwards, but this hygienist left me very sore, my entire mouth hurt for several days, she is very rough during the cleaning. Overall I've been to worse, just be ready to spend some money.

Everyone there was friendly, compassionate, & energetic. First time in forever I actually enjoyed a dentist visit. Prices are reasonable, turnaround is fast, I'm so excited to get my new teeth! Thank you, Aspen Dental!🤗😘

Most of the people were so friendly and made the experience way less intimidating They really know what they’re doing, it’s not the most affordable But still, they really helped me Despite the little hiccups

Each employee I worked with was nice and helpful. I got all of my questions answered, was given the time needed to find the best plan for me.

The office personnel at Aspen Dental in Coeur d'Alene are awesome. Abigail B. was especially helpful in answering questions, Dr Karen Watts was very good with the dental care, Karinne K was very gentle and helpful with hygiene, and Ashlee was kind and helpful with her guidance and care. Thank you all and 5 stars from us.
