Unfortunately, we never got a call or email back from our visit to the office where we discussed our desire to become new patients and our indemnity insurance plan including leaving all relevant information with the front desk. She was supposed to verify our insurance coverages and get back to us with the copay amount. We had high hopes for this one, but as it seems, they are too busy to be bothered with new clients which is ironic since we were there as a result of a direct mailer that was sent to our house. That was three weeks ago.

A member of my family went here once and really liked it! Unfortunately they don't allow online bill pay, so any balance you may have will need to be fixed the old fashioned way (pre 1995) - in person, mail with stamp, or over the phone. This doesn't work for us, but may for you. Beyond the accounting practices the service received is very good. I wish them the best of luck!

Had my first visit at Lighthouse Dental today and they were wonderful. Each and every one of them. The girls were so friendly and did a thorough job with my cleaning. As someone who is very sensitive to pain near and below the gums, I feel fortunate to have found such a wonderful and caring group! I rarely have to worry about undue pain! I always feel welcomed. This team at Lighthouse is the best by far. From the smiling faces greeting you at the front desk, even at 8:00am in the morning, WOW, to the efficient x-ray tech and the dental assistant prepping me for this repair. Oh yes, I need to mention that this was an emergency repair of a chipped tooth. Somehow Dr. Higginson was able to squeeze me into his already overloaded schedule. Amazing result, I was in and out in under 40 minutes, incredible. This review is coming to you from a "more mature" individual who has extensive experience as a dental patient. Hands down my numerous experiences with the team here at Lighthouse far exceeds any other dental office I have ever been. Don't hesitate, go get those dental issues worked on at Lighthouse.

Reason For Visit: Ever since I got a filling (from a different dental office) on my back bottom molar it has been bothering me SO I wanted to know if there was anything I could do. This will be the 3rd dentist I tried. 1st one said it might need a root canal. 2nd said it needs a crown because it's cracked. 1st stop, Jenny the receptionist (superb kindred spirits and welcoming). 2nd, the assistant who got me all started and ready for Dr. Oto, I never got her name but she was tall with brown hair and super nice (excellent). 3rd. Dr. Oto, who was very helpful and explained things very well and had very good tips for me to try. He does not think my tooth is cracked (did a bite test) nor does it need a root canal. He suggested a sleep mouth guard to start since I grind my teeth and we'll go from there. 4th. They have a fish tank in the kids section which duh I sat there. 5th. My teeth are excited. 6th. They are MIGHTY booked out for basic cleaning BUT they'll but you on a cancel list of you wish and they were able to get me in at the end of AUG. 7th. They were very nice to work me in for JUST a peek at my sore tooth so I could work on a solution faster. 8th. 10/10 would recommend.

The front office was very friendly. The experience of getting my teeth cleaned was exceptional. The dentist who examined my teeth was excellent. He took his time to review the x-rays and explain his concerns. Was very friendly and down to earth. Sorry I just don't remember his name. Jackie the hygienist was the best that has worked on my teeth. Overall I was very please and will recommend this office to all my friends and family.
