Not sure that ill be back with my family or not. Appointment was at 1020 am and wanted us there at 1010. Took almost til 1100am to get my daughter to the back. Dont get me wrong, the people in the back all seemed really nice and informative. Lady at the desk didnt seem very friendly or customer service savy.

My son had a complete fear of dentist we went to Dr.Martsch he put him at ease explained everything... Made sure he inside what was going on, explained everything he was doing... Dental assistant was friendly and competent. The front receptionist wasn't very talkative but got an appointment scheduled for a follow-up right away I don't know why all these bad reviews because we have nothing but positive reviews for this doctor / dentist. And for once my son is not severely anxious to go back to a dentist knowing he's in good hands

I had a tooth extracted 06/02/21. I reminded him at the time I extremely deep roots and he proceeded to BUTCHER my mouth I was left with a blown out crater BOTH sides of my gum split open down the side! Went in for a follow up to remove the stich only to be told there wasnt one, I pulled it out mouth days later, It hurt for weeks afterwards. It is now 07/23/21 and IM STILL PULLING PIECES OF VARIOUS SIZES OF TOOTH OUT!! Most have been shards but I have 2 pieces that were like icebergs with a small tip showing and when I went to pull them out with tweezers I had to literally rip the larger hidden bottom parts out of my gum !! This place is a joke!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE assybecause you have staye

Had a fear of dentists for over a decade since my wisdom tooth extraction(all 4 at once) in high school. It was a place in Boise and was sedated for the procedure, but I awoke half way through to the dentist on the table straddling me and my teeth snapping and cracking in my head. He also left shards of teeth where my wisdom teeth used to be that later damaged my gums. This traumatized me and kept me from the dentist for over 10 years. Flash forward to 2 years ago, when I needed a root canal and fillings for the 1st time since highschool, and I went to see Dr. Martch(sorry if I spelled it wrong) but him amd his staff are not only down to earth, but incredibly kind and amazing at what they do. They eliminated my fear of dentists and I've been gping to them since. I don't know what all of these bad reviews are about, because from my experience they do a damn incredible job and have helped me so much. See ypu soon for my fillings 🤙🤙🤙 and thanks again for everything

I would NEVER recommend this place. I went in for a filling, the dentist went way to deep and hit the nerve. When I told him about my pain he just looked and said it looks fine. Turns out I have an infection and have to get a root canal or tooth removal. I’m also on 2 different types of antibiotics. Also with my last appointment was scheduled for 4 in the afternoon and I didn’t get in till 4:30 they seemed rushed and wanted to go home.

It took almost a year! But Dr. Martsch delivered the way he said he would. He is a man of his word and my family couldn't be any happier. We are holding back tears! Thank you Savannah for going through everything with us. The results and seeing my daughter's smile has made this worthwhile!

Great Place. Professional. They call the day before to remind you of your appointment which is very nice. They are very gentle with you while you're in their care, they don't like to waste your time. I had a wonderful experience with them. And I hate needles!!

I got my teeth worked on they told me they would send something for pain I called later that day they said they send it they never did I went all weekend with horrible mouth pain I will not be going back

We arrived at 8 am and they were closed. Five minutes later a person arrived and unlocked the door. The receptionists was rude. No greeting us like saying hello or good morning. She asked us for our insurance is all. Then 2 more patients arrived and they brought them back to the exam room. While we waited till 8:30 for our 8:15. We were told the dentist has not arrived yet. So more waiting. The receptionist is a smart ass if you ask a question she replies and she has no respect for disabled people telling me that we don't need our Medicare card.

I came here to have my wisdom teeth extracted, everyone was nice and courteous and the dentist kept asking if I was in any pain (which I wasn't, but I appreciated his concern) overall, a great experience considering I was having teeth pulled.
