As a new patient to Creekside I immediately felt that my fears and concerns were heard and validated. I had a negative experience with my last dentist and told them so. The staff went above and beyond to help me address the issues from my last dentist. They volunteered to take a look at the billing mess my previous dentist left me with, and help me figure it out. They quoted me a much better price and made triple sure my insurance was actually run. They also double checked the tooth that was bugging me (one that my previous dentist worked on and has been hurting ever since). They explained what had gone wrong in a clear manner and let me see the x-rays so I could see what had happened myself. They gave me options and respected my choices. And they gave me baseball tickets. For a first appointment, I'm pretty impressed.
