Eagle Rock Dental Care- Idaho Falls

On Friday, I had to get a procedure done that I was dreading getting done (extractions). The day finally came and Dr. Tanner and Kristie made the experience a breeze. Kristie made me feel at home, explained everything that I was going to expect and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Tanner was so gentle and explained every step of the way so there was never no surprises. I never felt pain and so far my recovery has been a breeze. Thank you Kristie and Dr. Tanner for an incredible job! I am a Patient for life❤️

I am terribly afraid of going to the dentist and have a bunch of extensive work that needs to be done on my teeth. Dr. Bauer did such a wonderful job making me comfortable and did an amazing job on my complicated teeth. His assistants were super sweet as well. Thank you guys!

We were happy with the service until we received a bill for everything in the mail that they didn’t run through insurance before sending us. When I called she said,”Wait for the EOB”. You don’t send a bill until after the EOB so I know what I actually owe. I received the bill Saturday, 11 days after our visit, and the bill said it was due the same Saturday, and they are closed Saturdays! Unprofessional.

The trip to the dentist is never a pleasant thought. I have really never minded going but still not my favorite. I made arrangements to go in in a hurry I had a tooth that was acting up in a Major League Way... I talked to Linda and she got me right in it was amazing. The minute I walked into the office it was a very different feel for a dentist office. I felt ok by being there. I was greeted as I walked in and made to feel at home. (Weird for a dentist office) but that is how I felt. They got me right back into the chair and got the xrays out of the way, then the dentist came in. He talked to me and found out what was going on with me and then he explained exactly what options I had. He let me ask what questions I wanted to ask and was very open to what I was concerned about and explained to me was he was going to do to HELP me. It was amazing for a dentist office visit. The entire staff was wonderful. Before I knew it I was done and on my way. I actually look forward to being able to return as a very happy patient with Eagle Rock Dental Care. Thank You All For making this visit a pleasure for me...

They are quick and clean, super friendly, and conservative in their work. Never had any problems here for over a decade of dental care.

I have been coming to this office for a couple of years and Erica, one of the hygienists, is amazing! She always does such a great job. She is thorough, but gentle, and my teeth feel so clean after my appointments. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends!

It’s always good. However today I just wished that the cleaning had been looked at before scheduling me. A deep cleaning is what was needed and now I have to wait until August.

Amazing!! Very straightforward with new patient experience and let me know when I called to schedule based on my X-rays, my cleaning might have to be rescheduled for a 2 hour deep clean. That was good to know going in since I live in Blackfoot and it is a bit of a drive to get to Idaho Falls. Last cleaning was back in Oregon, Pre-Covid so I thought for sure I was going to be rescheduled. Lol. Kendra was super friendly and did a fantastic job of cleaning my teeth. Turns out I just needed the regular clean. Woot Woot!! Very happy with Eagle Rock Dental and I now have my husband's appointment scheduled too. Highly recommend.

As always, very pleased with my experience at Eagle Rock Dental. They have been the dentist office for me and my family for over 60 years.

I had an excellent experience with Eagle Rock Dental! Dr. Douglas (Dr Doug) Barnard and his assistants were very friendly, professional and sometimes quite humorous. I required extensive dental work, e.g., extractions, implants, caps, bridges, fillings, and route channels. I'm a 72 year old senior, on a fixed income with no dental insurance. Dr. Doug listened and understood my financial situation and worked with me to provide the best dental care that could done give my financial capabilities. I am very happy with the final product and get compliments from friends and family on my smile. I also want to compliment and thanks the administrative staff for their excellent support, professionalism and friendliness. They worked very hard to accommodate my needs and schedule! I traveled >160 miles, one way, from Salmon, ID to Idaho Falls for my appointments, often times the weather and road conditions were marginal at best. Thank your Eagle Rock Dental Care! Seemed to do a good job. New gal was training and was having a hard time not water boarding me but the very experienced supervisor showed her multiple times how to work the suction. 😭😂. From the looks of the bill, they may have overcharged me but we'll see after insurance

Eagle Rock is very caring and professional. I so much appreciate the support when I had a broken tooth along with the pain. They provided necessary medications and direction to get me by till I could come in. The staff is very caring and called whenever they had an open slot to see if I could get in. I will keep going back to complete the plan that my dental needs are. Thank you
