Every time I go in for an appointment, I have a pleasant experience. Yes, at the dentist! I have been going to Dr. Hoover for a few years now (after a high recommendation from my sister), and have nothing but confidence in his skill, honesty, and care. Chyanne (sp?) has cleaned my teeth several times now, and has a kind, quiet confidence that is very soothing. A few years ago I felt like the front desk wasn't super welcoming, but that has changed as well and the front desk ladies are amazing and helpful! I can't say enough good things about this office.

My husband and I have not been to the dentist in a long time and knew we had some cavities. We also do not carry insurance. I am also scared of the dentist and when we went, they didn't make us feel bad at all for not getting annual cleanings. They were super sweet, and worked around our game plan that worked financially for us as well as explained everything so in depth and detailed for us to understand. We will definitely be coming back for our annual cleanings and any other needs. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a team that really listens to their clients and make sure you feel comfortable.

One of the worst front desk ladies I’ve ever met. I set an appointment for a cleaning a month ago. I come in at the time I was told, and immediately there was attitude. First she told me I wasn’t in their system when I’ve been going to this dentist since I was 16 years old (I’m 22 now). I told her 3 times there’s no way I’m not in the system I had scheduled the appointment a month ago and they had looked me up over the phone just fine. Then she accused me of calling the wrong dental office, so I went back through my call logs from last month and found the number I called and it was in fact the right number, I then tell her the spelling of my name, and she proceeds to tell me that I’m still not in their system. So I tell her to look me up by my birthday after she persisted I wasn’t a patient of theirs for several more minutes and she finally finds my records. Then she tells me I was never put on the schedule so now I would have to wait until October for my cleaning when I’ve already waited an entire month for this appointment! My mom has also had several scheduling issues with them! I’ve never been to any establishment where somebody was so blatantly rude.

Kind staff. The hygienist’s are gentle. Dr. Hoover is personable and trustworthy. I had a daughter who had regular dentist visits with her pediatric dentist all growing up. When she graduate from high school she switch from a pediatric to a general dentist. The new dentist she went to told her she had 8 cavities. It didn’t make any sense. My daughter had beautiful teeth and took very good care of them . She had no concerns or tooth aches she was just needing her 6 month cleaning. We then decided to have her go to Dr. Hoover for a second opinion and he found NO CAVITIES!!! NONE! ZIPPO! ZERO! He has your best interest at heart.❤️

I don't think words can describe how wonderful Dr. Hoover and his staff really is. Myself and my 2 boys have been coming here for 10 years now. My boys were 4 and 11, they love coming to the dentist. Wether it is a cleaning, cavity fill, or wisdom teeth removal, my kids have never had a bad experience. They enjoy the dentist!! Dr. Hoover made a special visit to the hospital to fix my elderly mom's broken tooth after a procedure. Not because he had to but, because he cared about his patients so much. Dr. Johnson is fantastic, but the receptionist (Allison) is unhelpful and bad at her job. She does not communicate with patients, and can't resolve problems. She makes the whole process unnecessarily difficult.
