My wife went into the dentist office nervous about getting work done on her teeth and came out crying (happy cry) and like a brand new person we don’t remember the dentists name but he was an older guy we would definitely recommend him to anyone he did an amazing job and because of him my wife has the smile that she hid for years. She is very appreciative and we plan on just switching our son to family health there in Jerome for dental instead of smiles for kids.

I love my primary doctor here, which is the only reason why I keep coming back. The receptionist here are so unprofessional & rude at times. I’m not one to ever leave a bad review but every time I go in there’s always something that comes up or I need to be rescheduled? They need to new receptionist lol

I use the pharmacy there. They're always kind willing 2 do whatever we need b4 we even know we need it. I love it!

My husband and children and I get all our dental care in Jerome at Family Health Services. From the lovely Bette greeting you at the front desk to the kindly dentists, you will learn not to hate dentists. My kids look forward to their semiannual checkups. When I had old fillings break and chipped a tooth on a hard candy they got me in quickly and fixed it. Thanks!

i have had great service at FHS to my surprise. every single person I've encountered there is professional, courteous and pleasant. I've had to wait a little while on occasion(not lately and not for terribly long) but the flip side of this is that when I'm seen there is no rush to get me out of the room for the next patient. all my needs are addressed comprehensively and they listen to my concerns. that's way more important to me than getting in and out in record time.

Horible service. They tell you on the phone that you have a appointment at a certain time and you show up and you end up waiting an hour to go back. I received a card in the mail saying my son was due for his shots. I called and The women in the front to see what he needed so i could make a appointment. She would not tell me what shots my son needed so she told me to come back tomorrow for a appointment. I left work early to take my son in and when i got there they told me he did not need any shots yet. So i waisted my time just to go in again because she did not want to do her job.

UPDATE: It took me 2 weeks to get my bill straightened out. I was told they weren’t sure how much was due, even though it literally showed I had paid my dues at checkout! After never getting calls back, I had to call every day to ask if it had been fixed. Poor service & still am never going back. I called around a few places trying to find somewhere that would administer flu shots to both me and my son. They said they would. When I asked how much, they said $5 for him and $15 for me. We get there and it takes almost an hour to get checked in. We’re in the room for probably another 20 minutes while they get the stuff. The nurse then says they don’t have any shots so they tell me I have to get the nasal spray- no mention of the price difference which is $10 more. Would’ve been nice to know. At checkout, she tells me the total due is $5 for my son and $25 for me. Just received a bill for $30 due for my son’s shot. I’ll try and clear this up tomorrow, but their patient services and information providing is horrible. Won’t ever be coming back ever.

Unfortunately it's where my doctor is because I have no insurance and it fairly cheap. Everytime I go in by the set time I'm supposed to be there and still takes them a half hour to an hour to get you a room....ridiculous. I just ordered like 5 meds through them to Jerome drug and only got three. I've called in my anxiety meds 3 times and still nothing! I'm so over that place it's not funny.

I transferred all my medical and dental care to Family Health in Jerome. The customer service is superb. My physician is caring and involved with all medical concerns. My dentist is the best! Tis clinic is highly recommended!

Absolutely hate this office.

Was seen yesterday by the dental clinic and my experience was great.

I go here for my dental work because they have a sliding scale for the fees and it the dentists are great fast and informative.

My experience was really bad I had to wait for 1 your and a half to get into the room then I wait an other hour inside... I got there on time an all people that got there after me got in there first... That why I don't like go there anymore.
