I love Kuna Dental. I’ve gone to them for all work on my teeth since they opened many moons ago. The Docs are kind, caring and thorough. They do outstanding work that last, while making sure patients are comfortable. Dr. Haws is a very good dentist. I have been with him ever since I was a kid and time after time they have been helping me with my teeth. Kuna dental and it's staff are the most welcoming, friendly, and professional people out there. For somebody who hasn't really been to a dentist in close to 15 years you could imagine how bad my teeth were. I was always in constant pain and kept pushing off going to the dentist. Not to mention how embarrassed I was when I would talk to somebody even my own wife and kids. I started to become unsocial and isolate myself due to the embarrassment of bad breath and bad teeth. If you have bad teeth like i did you know what i mean. One day I was on a plane coming back to Idaho and on my way back my teeth started hurting extremely bad. The pain was 10x the normal pain that I dealt with and kept pushing off because of the embarrassment of my teeth. After talking to a couple of different people they convinced me (at the time reluctantly) to come to Kuna Dental. I grabbed the phone and made the first step and called to setup an appointment. I explained my situation about not being to a dentist in a very long time. She assured me that it's not a big deal and that they will take care of me. From that phone call on that's exactly what they did. I came in for my first appointment and saw Dr. Haws. He was exactly how people described him as. He is not just a dentist but treats you like a friend. He made me feel welcomed and didn't judge me for not seeing a dentist in all those years, and for not having good oral hygiene. He assured me that they would take care of me and get me a smile again. Thats exactly what they did. I had appointments with Dr. Croft and Dr. Stirland as well and they were no different and also very welcoming. All the dental hygienist and assistants were amazing and welcoming as well(special thank you to Vanessa who helped me along the whole way). After they got me all prepped and ready for the new smile they created all my top teeth in a day! A brand new row.of teeth in a day was unimaginable. Absolutely awful!! DO NOT GO!!!! They checked all my insurance for my procedures and I paid for every one of them. Two months after I was finished they sent me a bull for $2000!! Now they won’t call me back or give me any answers. Go somewhere more honest
