He is a good dentist I understand however I didn’t like the fact they don’t say anything doing the exam and allow the parents in but for the checkup the room must shrink because no parent are not allowed back you must wait in waiting room. By the time I got ahold of my wife the had already started so I couldn’t leave easily. We have been with our kids for any other doctor or dentist appointment. I also wanted to talk to dentist because I was told by my sons doctor to get a prescription and didn’t get to get that done. I think if your a helicopter parent maybe find someone else.

There was a scheduling mix up- I received a confirm the appointment call for my daughter the night before. Never one for me, the lady said they left me a voicemail, I have an iPhone and there are no messages from them In my vmail logs. My email wasn’t correct in their records, so I missed the confirmation emails also- that was my bad. I was scheduled at 8, my daughter at 9, they called me at 8:15 to inform me I was late- I was told 9 for both appointments, we left immediately and arrived at 8:20. I was told they couldn’t get me in, but would see my daughter. They took her back immediately and she walked out at 8:55- cleaning and checkup was all she needed- they still wouldn’t see me, since I was late. My logic says- despite the mix up, she was in and out and I could have been seen at 9. Flip flopped the appointments? They chose not to see me. We will be finding a new dentist, the customer service aspect / flexibility in understanding mix ups happen was severely lacking. I am a full time working mother, who has to schedule time out of my work schedule to make appointments, like so many others. Super unfortunate they chose to respond this way.

Dr. Johnson and the two Jennifer’s were amazing. Jennifer the hygienist did an amazing cleaning job in my teeth. I felt like going to sleep. Amazing office. Dr Johnson has done ALOT of work on my mouth. Just today we did 5 fillings. He does an amazing job, is very friendly and very informative. When I first started seeing him, I will admit, I didn't know very much about routine care for my teeth. I knew I needed to brush twice a day but that was it. He's drawn me pictures to help show what he's doing, or what he has done to help educate me. He breaks everything down for me after whatever he does. I love going to him. I love his staff. They're all awesome, nice and caring. If I could give 10 stars I would .
