After moving to Meridian over 3 years ago, I had been looking to find a dentist I could relate to and who would give me the care my teeth need as I grow older. After much research, Iast year I decided to visit Wellpoint Dental and seek the services of Dr. Steve Payne. I can't believe how I lucked out on my first choice! Dr. Payne is committed to me (and, I am sure, to all of his other patients) to giving me options, keeping me informed and letting me decide the best treatment for my needs. It is so hard to move to a new area and not know who you should select as doctors, dentists, etc., but I am sure glad that I made the right choice! You should, too!

I typically would not trust a dentist named Dr Payne. It sounds like a villain in a bad movie, and he would make things hurt on every visit. Name aside, the Dr Payne and his staff are wonderful and caring. They treat me like a friend and not just a patient. The dental care is very good too. No pain and he puts up with the bad jokes even though he as heard them a million times.

Arrived and was greeted by Megan at reception who was very kind. The place is IMMACULATE. Gorgeous living room setup in the front office makes it comfortable while waiting for the dental work to proceed. Joanna the hygienist was thorough and friendly and made the experience of cleaning a breeze. Dr. Pluid was nice and welcoming and had gentle hands while working in my mouth. He and his assistant Audrey took great care while inspecting my teeth and while extracting old fillings and giving me new ones. Checkout at reception was quick and painless. Excellent establishment that will treat you well, and always point you in the right direction in your self care as well. As long as I live in Meridian, I'll be coming here for my dental work. I called to make an appointment for an annual check up as I am new to this location! I was not able to get in until March, however they put me on a wait list in case an earlier appointment were to open! Sure enough not even two weeks after I made the appointment they were able to get me in sooner rather than later!! The staff is very courteous and polite!! My Hygentist Joanna was phenominal. She listened to all of my concerns and took her time cleaning my teeth and making the experience flawless!! Kudos to Dr. Pluid and his team for being the best in the business as far as I am concerned.... not to mention the esthetic of this establishment is superior!! I will take all of my dental needs to this location and would recommend to everyone!!!

I spoke with my new neighbor and she told about WellPoint Dental and staff. She recommended them very highly. I made a call and they way things worked out was seen sooner than later. If you are looking for professionalism at it’s finest, they are the place to go. Besides being personable, they are professional. Each and ever one of the staff were helpful, smiling, friendly, and great at what they did.
