Front desk staff are friendly & prompt. Dental assistant, Nadia, was kind, thoughtful, and took time to explain what she was doing and to check in several times. Dr Ben Bowen has an easy, friendly rapport, answers questions and also explains things well. His numbing injections were spot on and some of the least painful I have had through the years. Even though he apologized for the "pinch" there was minimal discomfort. He and Nadia are a great team, and Dr. Ben even sang along with the music as he worked...which was surprisingly calming and made me smile (internally, since my mouth was wide open and filled with fingers and tools!) The entire molar extraction experience was upbeat, smoothly done and painless. Thanks so much for the great care, Dr. Bowen & staff... I'm so glad to be a part of the Moscow Family Dentistry family!

Once again Dr. Ben Bowen and his team did an outstanding job caring for me and my dental needs. I needed a crown. I was very impressed by how well the work was done and how professional everyone performed. I also enjoy the conversations I have with Dr. Bowen while in "the chair" and the conversations with the staff as well. I'm always encouraged by the interaction and the joyful and helpful spirit of everyone at Moscow Family Dentistry.

After a second botched cavity filling at a previous dentist, I was able to see Dr. Bowen. I was looking for a different filling method, care in the prep, care for preserving as much natural tooth as possible, and care for craftsmanship. Dr. Bowen is careful, thoughtful, personable, and explains his plans and gets your buy in before proceeding to make sure you understand your dental care plan. He and his team provided all the things I wanted and were able address my frustrations with my previous dentist and provide top quality care. I was comfortable, well taken care of, and happy with the results. I look forward to using them for any future needs. Thanks Moscow Family Dentistry!

The providers were very friendly and knowledgeable, but that isn't my issue. First, I was very disappointed to hear that they had no nitrous gas for discomfort. Then I was left alone for an hour in middle of the procedure without anything for my considerable pain - I'd just had 2 teeth extracted and 8 studs installed! When the doctor finally appeared I did advise him of this, but all I was offered was some Tylenol, which basically did nothing. The procedure was a painful success, but it was Friday and I was given no pain medication for over the weekend either. Given the lack of pain relief throughout, 3 stars is being generous.

Moscow Family Dentistry is a warm and friendly place. They also take great care of your oral hardware and help you do the same!

Friendly staff, enjoyable atmosphere and expedient service.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful, however, they insist it takes a full hour to do a simple cleaning. Are they cleaning for the full hour? No, the technician comes in and does a pre-cleaning, then you have to sit and wait for 20-30 minutes for the Dentist to finally come around and pick at your teeth. I've been to many different dentists throughout the US in my life, and I have never had an experience where I've had to wait for so long for the dentist to come around. Other dentists actually respect their patients and their time, so when I schedule a cleaning and arrive on time, they should be ready to go and have me in and out in 30-45 minutes. This dentist has made me wait on multiple occasions. At one point, I waited so long I had to use the restroom, and of course that's when the dentist finally came around, while I was "away" and left before I got back to the chair, whereupon I had to wait ANOTHER 15 minutes for him to come around. This office could stand to be run more efficiently with a dentist who respects his patient's time as well as his own. Either get another dentist on board, or tighten up the ship. People who work full-time and take their lunch breaks to go to the dentist shouldn't have so much of their valuable time wasted. I'd pick another dentist if I wasn't restricted by dental insurance providers.

The office staff was wonderful and helpful. The dental assistant and hygienist were lovely, throughout in what work was being done, and were easy to talk to. Casey (hygienist) was very knowledgeable and did a great job relaying information and suggesting different at home care. Dr. Bowen was kind and professional. All around a 10/10. This was by far the best experience I have had at a dentist office.

Dr Bowen's ability to take care of complicated dental challenges always amazes me. I am 73 and had decay and split on 2 front teeth. I thought I was going to need a crown or implant or something very expensive. He filled both teeth to match the natural color of my other teeth in less that 30 minutes. His new dental assistant is also very competent and efficient.

I was pain full getting my teeth cleaned. But the staff was very helpful and kind. Thank you for your help.

Caleb is awesome… very professional and personable and so comfortable to work with ….. he made a partial tooth for me that fits perfectly and is already so comfortable!

It took me 20 years to walk into an office. I was embarrassed and filled with anxiety. These were the most caring, compassionate people I've ever dealt with. They have guided me every step of the way, through the transformation from no teeth, to beautiful teeth. Thank you from the depths of my heart Dr. Bowman, Kaleb and Alyssa! I can smile!!!
