Mountain Home Dentistry is amazing! They are always professional, kind, compassionate and welcoming. The staff greet you by name and make sure all your needs are met. I struggle with anxiety about going to the dentist but MH Denistry has different options to help me cope with it. They make sure you are comfortable and explain what they are going to do beforehand. My child also has severe anxiety about needles and they did everything they could to make her feel safe, comfortable and very patient with her. Gave her as much time as she needed to feel relaxed before her procedure. I highly recommend Mountain Home Dentistry to all my friends.

Trying to balance bill patient for duplicate care provided per insurance company. Patient disclosed he had a deep cleaning several months earlier. This clinic collected the cost share for the procedure duplicated leaving non english first language patient believing it was preauthorized by this office. I asked for predetermination and was told by Clayton that we don't have to do this. If your dentist office accepts your insurance as payment they must follow the contract with insurance company. Don't be bullied or forced to pay for care your not aware of through your insurance Co. Also if your primary language is not English ensure you have someone to explain what the clinic is asking of you. Clinic is mandated to ensure you understand what they are requesting. Having not done a simple pre D on what the clinic wanted to do would have prevented duplicate of services not covered by insurance. And balance billing in this manner is most deffinately Un ethical for the clinics errors. Tried to explain this to Clayton and he was very disrespectful in responses. Thought we solved this issue at our meeting but post 6 months of meeting we received a balance bill almost twice the amount of the services not preauthorized. BUYER BEWARE KNOW YOUR PATIENT RIGHT. HOPE THEY GET HELP IN THERE BILLING DEPT AND HOW THEY HANDLE PATIENTS WITH VALID COMPLAINS. Referring to ID insurance commissioner and ID dental board sor sub standard care.

Very professional, very good explanation of what she was going to do and why. Outstanding service and quality of care. Had my exam and xrays. I got to meet the Dentist and again very professional.
