Seems pretty great so far.

In the 4 visits I had with them, I never felt that the dentist actually cared about my teeth. He was constantly going back and forth with patients, always hurring. I don't think there is anything professional about that. There is only one dentist and I think he is taking on more then he can chew. If he would focus on one person, instead of jumping around, I think he would do a better job.

Dr Sung explained my treatment plan thoroughly, and he took the time to answer all questions. He was extremely gentle performing the injections and extractions that were totally pain free both in the clinic and at when at home. I highly recommend Aspen Dental and Dr Sung.

All they did was x rays and then the dentist spent less then 5 min in the room, barley acknowledged me and then listed stuff to the financial lady. I asked about 2 things he said were fine, turns out he was completely wrong. Could do nothing to help me that day even though they say emergency services. I would never go back.

I was able to get a same day appointment which helped me since I live an hour outside of Twin Falls. Everyone was very helpful.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Quick evaluation and attention to my issues. Would highly recommend this dental service. I look forward to completing my care plan.

Don’t get any cosmetic procedures done here. I’ve gotten a crown expecting what I paid for. The job was bad and the dentist kept trying to justify his work and criticized me for wanting it to be fixed while claiming his how professional he is with his work. You are working with teeth! People like having perfect teeth. This is not just some job. You need to be passionate about your work. Professions tend to get comfortable and lose their passion, even after 10 years.

Multiple billing mistakes made by Aspen Dental and they refused to resubmit the claim to the appropriate insurance number for 6 months. They then forwarded the bill to collections, despite claiming to have the right insurance information and just never processing it.

I needed it a new Dental provider, so I call Aspen Dental, and low and behold, they got me right in the same day to have my first exam of the year, and then I got my teeth clean the same day!. Great service, professional and caring.

I came in to get my tooth pulled and the dental assistant who came and got me wasn't smiling she was clearly having a bad day and I had to feel her rath. She didn't introduce herself or even say hi, how are you she was slamming drawers and quiet with me she said all of 7 words to me . My blood pressure was high cuz I truly believe in good customer service and clearly wasn't getting any and almost didn't get my procedure done cause of it. Now its 8:25pm I got this done at 9am today I've been in pain all day somethings wrong cuz my body hurts super bad I'm going to the hospital if it doesn't stop. The assistants name at the Nampa clinic is Lilly
