After coming back to Pocatello we needed a dentist. Dr. Richards had good reviews, so we tried him. He's seriously the BEST dentist I've gone to (over the past 60 years)!! He listens to us and doesn't force any treatment outside our comfort zone or financial ability. His staff is warm, kind and patient. Everyone treats us with respect and compassion. They work great with our insurance, also! We highly recommend Oak Mountain Dental, and have, many times!!😁

Worst experience ever with the beyond rude staff. I asked more than once if they had checked with insurance and if my bill that I paid in full at time of service was the total amount. A month later I got a bill for almost $300 more, after paying almost $700 and their excuse is that it’s just an estimate. I was lied to, they billed using different codes to get more money from me and my insurance confirmed this. When I called Pablo repeatedly cut me off continuing to say “like I said” over and over. When I said he was rude he said “like wise” and I said I would be letting the owners know and Dr. Brandon and he laughed and said “go for it, this line is recorded.” Like I was in the wrong. I have never been treated this bad by anyone. They falsely and corruptly down coded the treatment and now expect me to pay the difference and refused to call and make it right and resubmit. Do not go to this dentist office. The front desk is extremely rude and a bunch of 20 something’s with unprofessional attitudes. They could care less about being honest or nice. If you want fraudulent bills and attitude go ahead and go to Oak Mountain Dental. Good luck!

OAK MOUNTAIN DENTAL is my choice dental care. The office staff is very cordial always a warm welcome. I've always had a good experience at my appointments. I've had an emergency to have a crown replaced and I was given an appointment the next morning. Cleanings are done with a gentle touch by the hygienists. I always see Dr. Driscoll after a cleaning and he always takes a peek and wants to know how I'm doing and if I have any questions. I've always been afraid of going to a dentist but my fears were addressed on my first visit to Oak Mountain Dental.

Oak Mountain Dental is the BEST dentist office I have ever been to. The friendly staff has helped me every step of the way. Dr. Call is very thorough explaining what he is going to do the day I am in there and explains what the next process will be. Dr. Call is very friendly and has a great personality. He talks to me like a person and not another source of income! Dr Call is very gentle and quick with the work. He seems to genuinely care about my questions and concerns and explain everything to me in a way I can understand. He even spends time talking to me about things other than the dental work being preformed. It was really fast and easy to get my first appointment and the process is going quicker than I expected.
