Since 2008, I've received regular cleanings and a couple of crowns, and had several of old fillings repaired at Dr. Williams' office. He and his staff have always been courteous and fully answered any questions I had. On at least one occasion, I was squeezed into the schedule on short notice for an emergent problem. The service I've received at Williams Family dentistry has always been comfortable, effective, and professional.

Dr. Williams is a JERK to his staff and not so friendly to patients either. Dental Hygienist I had was a nervous wreck after getting yelled at by Dr. Williams for ONE bad x-ray she took. I know this because he yelled at her in front of me, the patient. I was shocked. She then proceeded to do the worst cleaning I have ever had on my teeth in 40 years! Three months later I am now paying for another cleaning at the different dentist due to their incompetence. I have a lot of tartar under the gum line that Dr. Williams or his staff did not notice or care about. I actually complained while in the chair that I could still feel tartar on my teeth so they worked on them another five minutes. Of course I still noticed more after flossing the next day, plus my gums did not look a healthy pink like they normally do a few days later. This is after I paid $350 for the exam, cleaning and xrays! They lied about the cost too by the way. Was $100 more than they said. NEVER go here.

Got two cavities filled, but biting down was painful. Came in the next day to get it fixed and I was charged for them to fix their own work. Paid what I thought was my total bill, to find out a month later their estimation was off by $82. They did a poor job of finding out what the insurance was going to cover and not cover, and now I'm stuck covering their mistake and laziness. We will never be going back to them. To be prepared for what you're going to pay, get the codes yourself and call your insurance to get a more accurate estimate.

Worst dentist office in town. Had a tooth pulled the dentist busted the tooth off so he had to cut the tooth it 2 pieces to get the roots out. He slipped now i have a permanent gash where the tooth was.
