I had a crown fall out at 7:30pm on a Thursday and was in need of urgent dental care to re-cement my crown over my exposed tooth. A friend recommended Rockhouse Dentistry and I called their office after hours. I was able to get the dentist's after-hours personal # and text about my situation and request next-day availability. They got me in at 10am Friday morning and everything was re-cemented within the half hour. Everyone from the receptionist to assistant to dentist was kind, caring, and efficient. And the dentist even followed up with me hours later to make sure everything was feeling okay. Honestly, the best dentist appointment I've ever had.

I absolutely loved my experience at Rockhouse! I am someone who gets really nervous at the dentist but each and every employee at the office eased my fears. Dr. Thueson explained everything thoroughly and helped my husband and I to feel comfortable. They even gave us a chocolate chip cookie mix for being new patients! WHO DOES THAT??? I have had a crack in my tooth for over a decade and knew that a cap was inevitable, but have been too scared to do it!! I haven't eaten on the left side of my mouth for over 10 years because it hurts so bad whenever I do. I finally decided to do it with my new dentist Dr. Allen. I was scared for the appointment, but it went so well that I almost cried with happiness and had so much regret for not doing it a long time ago!! I was in the chair for less than 1.5 hours, and in that time they even made the cap and put it in!! That was so fast!! I felt no pain the entire appointment. I have never had this good of an experience at any dentist before in my life. And now today, two weeks later, I am eating all sorts of food on the left side with no pain whatsoever!! I will recommend Dr. Allen to everyone that I know and he will be my dentist forever!! Thanks again :)

Early this spring, I tripped and fell, hitting my face and mouth on a cement sidewalk. With a sliced lip and a broken tooth, I hobbled in to Rockhouse Dentistry. Dr. Allen and his staff were wonderful! It was my first visit there. A friend had told me that Dr. Allen does his own cosmetic dentistry which was why I chose him. I had my first root canal (not bad at all!) and my lip was stitched up nicely. My second visit a week later, Dr. Allen removed the stitches and then created my new tooth. He did it with me so I had total say in how I wanted the tooth to look and the color. That's service!! No one can tell that I have a tooth implant - it's that perfect! Thank you to Dr. Allen and his staff!

I always struggle with dentists because I have had some super bad experience with dentists. I have moved up here and have struggling at getting myself to go into a dentist. I was HIGHLY recommended Rockhouse Dentistry. I am SO glad I went. I had five cavities (yikes!) and they were able to get me in as soon as possible, fix them all up in one sitting, make it as soothing as possible! It was nice how careful and caring they were and they also gave me breaks. Not only that, but when I went into a cleaning earlier in the month the front desk is always super helpful and nice and the staff is always amazing! Thank you!

Nice facility, but my wife was told she had 6 cavities and I was told I had 1. We had second and third opinions that both revealed that my wife in fact only had 2 cavities and I had none. The funny thing is that I could tell the Dr was lying. The hygienist was just as shocked at the amount of cavities the dr said my wife had as we were. It was obvious she knew what the Dr was not bing honest. Not a trustworthy place for college students which is despicable.
