The staff are so, so kind and fun. My daughter asks about when her next dentist appointment is because she loves it so much (yes, she’s even had fillings done!). For me, as someone who has had anxiety attacks during dental procedures before, I found the staff to be especially accommodating to my every need, and more gentle and personable than I’ve experienced at a dental office. This place begins to feel like a friendly hangout after a while and you always look forward to who’ll be working on your teeth next. I can’t recommend them enough!

This was my dental office for almost 26 years. As an otr truck driver hauling food to the nation. An essential worker, I called to make an appointment to deal with a tooth ache that was infected. This dental office would not see me for 14 days. That not being the law. People turning left 37 miles or right 37 miles drive out of State. Our part of the state is 74 miles wide. Who does not know that? My ophthalmologist in, Spokane Valley, suggested Stein Family Dentistry in downtown Spokane, WA. Yes, Washington. Who, understanding that I am an essential worker, protected by Federal law, and in pain, saw me the same day. They are handling my extensive expensive, dental needs now. What a change! I highly recommend Stein Family Dentistry in Spokane. They are up on current regulations. And really do care about you.

The lady at the front desk is very dry but the rest of the staff is beyond amazing! I had a horrid fear of the dentist until today. I went in for an extraction and could not be more pleased. Dr. Ewert is more than qualified and very gentle. I explained that the injection is the worst part for me and I literally did not feel a thing. There pricing is very good too. I could not possibly recommend Dr. Ewert highly enough. I have found the place that I will be going to for the rest of my life for any dental needs

They went out of their way to cater to my needs. When I came in they gave me a welcome gift that looked like it cost about $30 and the office was really plush looking and comfortable. I did not smile or say "thank you" because I was afraid the price of the gift would be reflected in my bill. Then they gave me a tour of the place and asked me two questions to see what I cared most about when visiting the dentist. I told them I cared about the cost. Then I met the doctor and he was a nice young man who did exactly what I asked without any pressuring to do more. I paid the least that I've ever paid at a dentist office before. The whole staff was kind and I loved the office environment and was happy to take home the gift!
