Well, first of all, I really appreciated all of the covid protocol that is in place at Mint, having to wash my hands, not enter the lobby until called for, the absolute cleanliness of the space, etc. All of this is an excellent response to the pandemic, and I appreciate all of it. Good work, friends at Mint Dental! Second, my dental hygienist, Alisa Grover, is by far and away the most professional and capable hygienist I've ever encountered, quite apart from being an affable and enjoyable person to be around. If a dental cleaning could actually be a pleasure, she makes it so. She did, however, (as I was heading for the exit) lower her mask long enough to stick her tongue out at me (because I corrected her on who the singer was on the recording that was playing) - I turned out to be wrong, so she stuck her tongue out at me - all in good fun! So that was my review from a year ago. Still excellent in every way. New review (July 30, 2021: Alisa wasn't there (she doesn't work on Fridays), but Gabby did a marvelous job and was very warm and friendly, as well as professional. Dr. Chase is always a pleasure. I was surprised at how short of a time it took him to install a filling. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Maureen (front desk) is always warm and congenial as well. Hope I got her name right. The pretty one. Oh, true, they are ALL PRETTY! Well, the pretty one who is closer to my age than the others. Mint Dental is a pleasure to visit, and I really can't think of a better dentist office that I've ever been to.
