College Avenue Family Dentistry

I have been going to your office for almost 10 years.There seems to be a huge turnover of doctors, office help, and hygienists. I wonder why? Still I remained loyal to your office. I showed up to my appointment last week 11 minutes late. I was stuck behind a tractor on a two-lane road trying to get to my appt. Upon my arrival, the office girl informed me my appointment was canceled because I am late . There was no warning from your office telling me that if a patient is late to their appointment, it is canceled. It might’ve been courteous for you to send an email or written notice informing me (and other patients )of your rules. Please excuse me for not knowing your new policy and that you run your office like the military. I have been 5-6 minutes late before to previous appointments at College Dental, but throughout the 10 years I am mostly on time. This time I was 11 minutes tardy. And quite frankly, this was unusual. Almost every time when I show up to my dental appointments, I am asked to wait 10 or 15 minutes. Do your patients get to penalize you when we are made to wait 10 to 15 minutes? Nevertheless, I respect your new rule. That being said, without giving any pre-warning, letting me know that if I am late, my appointment is canceled is unkind and not very smart. I can see that I missed out on an excellent experience with the new doctor because if I am that expendable, and the doctor can afford to lose patients , the doctor must be very popular. After this experience, I won’t be returning. Finding a new dentist is not a difficult task. And I venture to say, I probably will find a dentist office that won’t penalize me if on occasion, I am 10 minutes behind my appointment. Congratulations, you were successful in making a patient feel unimportant!

Very rude and impolite I am never going back there

First and foremost, unbelievable! I have been waiting over 3 months for my appointment., and they canceled it on me. I spoke with Taylor she said that they called me and left a voicemail. I didn't get the voicemail..jist a missed call. I worked until 7pm that da so I couldn't confirm. Irecvied no texts. Since I didn't confirm the appointment they canceled my appointment. They called me on a Friday, and I work Monday through Friday. The confirmation is when I booked the appointment. best part was she wanted to rebook the appointment but it was for March I wish I could give a negative star review. No way this is the right way to run a business

The dentists/doctors are very good at what they do and they seem up to date with the new tech regarding the dental industry...

Everyone there is friendly and the Dental Hygienist are very thorough with their work.

Very clean and friendly place. They have always made sure that I know what my out of pocket cost will be and what my insurance covers. I also love the text message reminders.

All three of us had a great experience. I, myself, do not like the dentist what do ever but the staff members were absolutely amazing and very caring! Couldn’t be happier with our visit.

I would never come back to this place. I called because my filling fell out and wanted to get it fixed. Instead of putting in my appointment as a filling appointment they put it in as a teeth cleaning (and put in the notes i had a missing filling) and told me they wouldn't have time to do my filling because they were running behind (my appointment was at 8am...they open at 8am) and That i could come back later to POSSIBLY get it done. I waited 3 weeks for this appointment and as a pregnant woman I cannot afford for this giant hole in My tooth to get infected but they didn't seem to give two hoots about it. Very unprofessional and disorganized. This also happened to my friend 3 weeks prior but with a root canal.

Great service but price hikes are getting out of control!!

If i could give zero stars i would. Horrible. Staff who call you a d answer phones are rude and demanding. Dentist spent at tops 5 minutes with me. Person doing exam was also rude. They try to push treatment on you. Will not be going back
