A new dentist took ownership a few years ago and while the dental work has been fine, we've had nothing but issues with Billing and Customer Service ever since. Today's issue was the last straw. Went for my appointment today (Thursday) that they text me to say they were changing from Monday. Never called to see if that appointment worked. Text again a few days later to have me confirm. I go in today, and the door is locked. I call the number on the text to ask if they moved or if they are closed for some reason, and they ask my name and become quite rude saying "we've called and left several voicemails to let you know"... No they did not, why would I receive text messages for appointments if they were calling and leaving voicemails. Sorry, but your customer service skills are piss poor, and then lying to your patient on top of it, and being rude about it. I am done with Jessica Lavalle

Dr. Lavalle was able to locate and fill two cavities that my previous dentist wrote off as just "sensitive gums" and suggested sensodyne for the pain. This being my first dental procedure, I had no idea what to expect as far as recovery time or even the probability of fixing the issue. Dr. Lavalle explained the steps she would take to find and fix the problem, and assured me that recovery time would be at a minimum. I sit here today with no mouth pain after a year of suffering! Thanks Dr. Lavalle!
