I haven't been able to visit the dentist in two years, had never set up an appointment myself, and was terrified of going! I'm so glad I chose Aspen dental, because the staff was so understanding, paitent, and helpful. I left with a full, obtainable treatment plan, and am very confident that I can improve my dental health!

I had an enjoyable visit and also enjoyed and felt confident that I had a good Dental exam. Beautiful office and hired people that enjoyed there jobs. Happy to tell people I know about this Dentist Office.

Dr. Rai, Yousef, Sammi, and Nyshie was so nice!!! They were amazing and done such an amazing job! Nyshie provided great customer service while checking me in. Yousef did an excellent job with hygienic cleansing, trust me go to him and you will not regret it. Sami done an amazing job with assisting Dr. Rai. Sammi was on top of it and very informational. Dr. Yousef was a dream come true when removing my tooth!! She was patient and made sure she did a great job! Please book here and I promise you, you will not regret it

Very professional, gentle, kind, and very informative as they went along as to what they were doing. First dentist I personally have been to who made sure the mouth was numb before starting the process! All around great experience!

So, I have only had the initial exam, and not any actual procedures yet. But so far, 5 stars! I have some serious anxiety about going to the dentist, and this place was a very good choice in regards to that. While going over financing after my exam, I was so overwhelmed by everything that their words were just not sinking in. However, Allie took extra time in order to really help me understand my insurance and total cost breakdown. Also, whoever did the x-rays was very gentle and understanding. They wouldn't have had to do that, and I appreciate their patience in making the experience better than expected. Thanks!

I saw Youcef Ziane today for my cleaning. He was very nice, explained everything before he did it, and he took the time to show me some practices that will help me at home. I would recommend him to anyone!

Had Youcef as my hygienist and the man was the best I could’ve asked for, kind atmosphere and all around compassionate guy double triple and even quadrupole checking if I was in any discomfort 10/10 whole staff was great

For somebody who have a fear of dentist they made me extremely comfortable during my checkup and procedure. I would definitely recommend them to others.

The only good thing about my experience was the nurse and receptionist, they were sweet, patient, and kind. The Hygenist and Doctor didn't explain to me what they were even doing, this was my first time going to the dentist alone as an adult and I made that clear. When they came in they just started doing stuff then quickly pointed out my cavities. I was also under the impression my teeth would be cleaned and they said I would need a separate appointment for that. I would have liked to know that before I made the appointment. I asked for a copy of the paper work that had the numbered teeth on it and the locations of my cavities and they refused and instead gave me an inaccurate quote that I could barely decypher myself. I was there for almost 2 hours just to be told the receptionist didn't put my insurance in the system so I couldn't get a quote on my fillings yet. The chair in the room was not clean and the back of my calves had white snow salt residue on them from previous patients. The rooms were too open and I could clearly hear the patients in the next room arguing with the doctor. Felt like a total waste of time.

This place was great! I made an emergency appointment for 3pm at like 4am for a a swollen face due to tooth problems and then I could deal with the pain until then so I called and they were able to get me in at 10am!! They were great super understanding of pain and didn’t get angry when I asked for a second to manage the pain! They also gave great options when it’s comes to payment! I know this sounds fake but they were truly a god send today!

Professional a bit pricey but a good place

We sorta had a miss-communication between the two office—Bloomington & Joliet, but it got resolved and Joliet was able to go ahead & do my implant removal surgery so I wouldn’t have to make another trip up there. I just had to kill about 4 hrs. cause I wasn’t told I couldn’t drink anything before my 10:45 appt. My driver & I went to Louis Joliet mall and I finished my Christmas Shopping! The workers & oral surgeon were very nice & considerate, actually fun to be around. Things ended up Well

100% DO NOT recommend Aspen Dental in Bloomington and quite disgusted. Called and specifically scheduled a very basic teeth cleaning after they pushed for an extremely expensive laser cleaning/planing. While I’m fully on board with getting it done, right now it’s something I’m not prepared to do as it’s the holiday season, id like for us to pay outright and again….it’s stupid expensive. Had to update my insurance since the company switched, no big deal. Thankfully she asked if I wanted to wait to start until they verify insurance because the cost outright is thousands of dollars. Knowing the cost of what they want me to do versus what I called and scheduled, I said I’m just looking for a basic cleaning.…..not the other. Of course they scheduled the other…. They had to go back to get the tech and he asked me to go speak with him. He advised they will not complete a basic cleaning because it’s recommended that I do the other more extensive one. I understand your recommendation. I am not prepared to pay the huge amount outright today and would like a general cleaning to at least get things started. He said no he won’t do that. It’s very clear this location is only concerned about your money instead of your well-being and have no empathy for your personal situation.

Went in with issues.staff was helpful gave me different options and I left with no worries and good plan.Happy to have them on my team !!
