Horrible I felt like the dentist was very inpatient I was very uncomfortable my tooth wasn't budging it was more like he was knocking cement it was horrible

All the people I came in contact with had very positive and professional attitudes. I will definitely speak highly of them. Thank you very much.

What a mess. I had my wisdom teeth pulled. My first day I went in for consult and they were nice! Went in for my procedure and it changed. They never checked to make sure I had a driver which they made a huge deal about. They pulled the teeth just fine- but my instruction sheet was not as helpful. I almost immediately got two dry sockets. They gave me 3 days of meds for pain- because I am on anxiety medication. To which i had to call 3 times to get it filled and ended up talking to the emergency dentist. It took me 4 weeks to get in originally becauae I work the same time they were open. When I called to let them know about my dry socket and my level of pain they said they wouldn't give me anymore and when I asked the person's name they hung pup on me. I immediately tried to call back and though they were still open I was sent to the emergency answering service who was to let the on call dentist know. And I never received a call back. DO NOT GO HERE! I was warned but I didn't have insurance so I needed to go somewhere. I'm now less then a week since my procedure and in a lot of pain- and they won't even respond to my call..

Didn't treat me bad because of circumstances. Very straightforward. Kind staff.

I have had my dentures since 2017. I have. Lose 4 teeth since I got them. 2 within first yearJust got back from vacation. And lost a front tooth. Call today to see if they can fix them. After 10 minutes on hold came back and said since they weren’t cover any more just come in tech would look at them and tell me how much it would cost to fix it again this is the fourth tooth that has fallen out of his dentures in the last 5 years. And they stain so badly. My first dentures I had over 20years never lost a tooth they were start to stain a little. So no I would not recommend aspen dental

Over charge you for everything ! The receptionist is rude as heck , they need to close this placd down for the unprofessional work that they do !

Everyone was very kind and helpful. All of the technicians and the dentist explained the procedure very clearly. Annika, Theresa, Megan, Samantha, and Dr. Lakomy were awesome. I am very fearful of dental procedures, but I feel much calmer about coming here for my dental procedure. After a unfortunate experience in Florida, Dr. Seretis helped resolve the situation very generously. I would recommend this office to everyone.

Excelent experience from the time I arrived until my visit was complete. Ashton and Kayla made me feel welcomed, and helped me with my checking in questionnaires. Dr Raman was very polite, explained what all was wrong with my broken plate, and suggested resolution to my problem. Jen helped tremendously with answers about my insurance, helped lay out a plan and was very reassuring about my future visits, and Jordan gave me a quick exam that was came out with good results, and we scheduled a hygiene appointment in a few days. A positive experience for me, as I was not looking forward to it. I've had some trouble with my dentures, and it all looks positive from this point forward. Very happy I chose Aspen in Morris, and looking forward to my next visit and being able to eat again!

I have never had dental before and was quite scared.. But the ladies here were so gentle and kind, and great financing for the insurance impaired like myself!!

Let me start by saying I don't like going to the dentist, it's been a long time since I've been to one. I chipped my front tooth yesterday and they got me in today. I can't say enough about the staff from the front desk to the dentist. Everyone seemed " legitimately" to love their job and their patients. Thanks again, maybe I'll schedule a routine check up now😁❤️

Couldn't have asked for a nicer dental experience. From the front office staff, X-rays, hygienist, dental assistant and most importantly the Dentist, everyone was kind and professional from start to finish! Thank you Aspen Dental for a wonderful experience having dental work done, which I typically find horrifying.

Edit to add: it’s funny that they would reply that they’re sorry to hear about this situation. How about just not creating the situation in the first place? Not only did they do a sub-par job pulling 2 of my girlfriends wisdom teeth, they also never followed up to make the appointments for the mouth guard they charged her for nor did they respond when she left messages trying to make the appointment herself. Then they turned her over to collections for not paying for a mouth guard she never got. All-in they expected her to pay over $2k for two teeth pulled. All around just really poor service, I guess dentists don’t have to do the “do no harm” thing like real doctors. Dubious people owning a shady business and hiring unprofessional staff, I’m sure they’ve got staying power.

Horrible experience... The doctor was about to pull my tooth and i explained to him that i had been on oxycodone for two months for my 7 broken bones due to a motorcycle wreck and that 5mg norco would not be strong enough to do anything he assured me "we will send over 10mg norco instead" and i said ok then go ahead and pull the tooth. after the tooth got yanked i went to the pharmacy and the pharmacy told me they had never sent anything but a 5 mg prescription over. so today i called aspen back to see if they had made a mistake and they told me "no the pharmacy red flagged the prescription because you had been prescribed percocets a week before, (a 4 day prescription mind you so it was long gone) so i said "no problem ill call the pharmacy and clear that up." I called osco in bourbonnais and told them what they said and the pharmacist had never seen any prescription for anything besides 5mg pills... he then said if the doctor made a mistake just have them send over the correct one. so i called aspen back and they told me that "when dr put the 10mg one in the computer yesterday THEIR sytem flagged it because it was too close to a stronger pain medicine. which is absolutely a lie and then when i called her out on her lie and asked what i should do they just hung up on me. extremely unprofessional. i would expect this from bradley dental but not from here. treated like a pill junky just because im in serious pain.. makes me want to cry... and then they wonder why people buy fentanyl pills off the streets and die...

I've had 3 great experiences at this location of Aspen dental. The staff is very friendly and professional. I had a tooth prepped and crowned and it was a smooth experience. Cost wasn't really an issue for me, but it does seem they have financing options available. 10/10 recommend

They literally take THE best care of you! Caring, kind and make sure you’re as comfortable and feel as little pain as possible, during and after procedures! Everyone here is amazing from the receptionists to the Doctor and from billing to Hygienist!
