This is so awful experience. When booking an appointment they confirmed that they are in network of my insurance provider, but later they sent me a bill stating they are out of network. I verified with my insurance provider and they confirmed that Dental Design is in network. between Service provider and insurance providers, they are making customer suffer.

Had been going here since the past 4 years. This dentist is next to impossible to get an appointment with anymore. Plus their upsell is really bad and hard. They want to put anything possible that is not covered by insurance. If you cancel an appointment, 50$ charge. The doctor rarely listens to any concern. He would take a quick glance for a few seconds and run away.
