so i made an appointment 2 weeks ago and gave them my information AND my insurance. They said okay and booked my appointment. It’s finally two weeks and i go to them and they tell me “We can’t take your insurance if you’re 21 and older.” But i told them EVERYTHING beforehand and it wasn’t a problem then. So, basically I had to wait two weeks with my wisdom tooth hurting like crazy just for them to turn me away because of information they already had. Now I’ve made an appointment at a WAY better dentist but have to wait another week to go! So now that’s an additional week all thanks to these terrible people. Not only that the place looked terrible and the smell wasn’t pleasant. I wouldn’t recommend at all. Go somewhere where professionalism is first and foremost. I wish i could give them 0 stars.
