I’m not sure what just happened here. I had an emergency where I was in pain wanted a specific tooth checked out. They were very nice at first before I passed on having my teeth cleaned. It just seems as if I was rushed out all of a sudden. I understand you guys have to make money to make ends meet, but don’t forget the overall objective which is to provide dental care. Care for your patients, money will follow. I am 99% sure you guys are already aware of that, as long as you’ve been in business. Just a friendly reminder. Best wishes and Peace to all.

When I walked into the waiting room, the two receptionists (two girls ) smiled at me. I told one girl my name and then sat down. A few minutes later, an assistant walked me into the treating room. I got an X-ray on my affected gum and then dr. Lucking came with a broad smile. She was super nice and checked my gum and gave explanations and prescription. She also promised to contact my periodontist about my situation. Anyway, it was a heart-warming experience. Thank you, girls, and especially thank you, dr. Lucking who is also a girl.

All of the staff I interacted with were kind and professional. I had my teeth cleaned by Kaia, and she was amazing!!! She was very nice and I liked that throughout the process she would ask me if my teeth were feeling okay. I've had my teeth cleaned multiple times (at a different dentistry) since getting my braces removed and apparently nobody bothered to clean out some of the leftover glue from my braces but Kaia found some and made sure to remove it for me! She was very efficient and thorough!
