The exam was great. They were very thorough. My issue is the pricing. They hope their patients just go along with the plan and pricing they say. They try and say they are giving you a deal as they go over the plan and if you say you aren’t going to pursue treatment with them, they just to offer more “discounts.” Paulina is very good at her sell. I’m not knocking it, but as someone who has had experience going to the dentist, dealing with insurance, etc., it seems they are hoping to get patients that don’t ask questions or who are inexperienced with handling these types of medical affairs. I was quoted $7,874.70. I went to my usual dentist and they quoted under $700 for the same work. Very much seems like a money grab. The attempts at being nice just seem over the top and unprofessional. Sweetie, hun, girl…. Unprofessional.

Awesome! The front desk girl, Alondra, is a complete babe. She really made my experience come full circle. I will definitely be in there again to see her beautiful smile as well as the rest of the wonderful staff in the office. Stay Away if possible. Dr Daftary does not care about her business or her patients and it shows. There are too many dentist in the Chicagoland area to suffer through a visit here, do yourself a service and stay away, there is nothing modern about this office and they do not respect your time. However the receptionist is extremely nice and helpful!

Stay away from the Dentist office at all cost. They will lie to you and Scam you and really mess up your credit. They prey on consumers and lie to them about services that they do not need. They also will recommend that you get finance from a third party care credit company, and charge your credit card for services that they did not perform. One of the employees in the finance department named SHAR is a liar and con artist. The owner of the Denist Dr Fariedeh Nikoo Daftary is also a con artist and only care about making money off their customers. Please stay away from this dentist office at all cost.

I have been trying to get a refund for a procedure I did not get since July. I do not recommend this dentist office. I was told I would need a root canal and crown. I got the root canal. They had someone who was inexperienced create the mold for my crown. It was not done correctly and I had to come back a second time. I was told I would need an additional procedure to get my crown. I paid for this procedure then ended up canceling because another dentist didn’t agree that I needed the procedure. I am yet to get my refund despite multiple emails and calls. I’m only giving the extra star because most of the staff were great.

Great customer service, educated. Trying to figure out if I got played or not on what services I need. Definitely changing my review from 5 to 4 stars. It seems they’re telling everyone they need a root canal and a deep gum treatment. On top of that Claudia is not my favorite person. I supposed to get a refund on services but they didn’t bring it up when I came back. I go back Monday and will definitely bring it up. I will make an updated review on Monday.

Poor quality of care providers don’t f/u after procedures. Developed an infection post root canal retreat called several times to inform provider never called back. Once I reached owner Dr. D she was rude, she speaks loudly over the patient, very inpatient and voices demeaning things to patient such as their finances. However this practice seems to care less about the patient and more about making the most money. I was told I needed things I really didn’t to take more money from my insurance. I was called back close to end end of yr and told how much money was left in my policy so that they can use it up. Mysteriously the price I was told initially had drastically went down! Money making practice lacks patient care quality. Rude owner.

I went to the dental office to get a deep cleaning I appreciated the staff upon my initial visit everyone seemed friendly and patient. However I was told that I needed to follow up to have a root canal retreat by Dr. Daftry. The Edodontists performed the procedure at my follow up who was also efficient and very patient. He informed me that he was able to go through my crown therefore alleviating me having to have it removed/replaced. Post op upon check out I was given a new bill/treatment plan saying that I needed to have my crown replaced at follow up again (I was already given different prices throughout my interactions with this facility which made me a little weary). I tried to explain to Dr. D what the endodontist had informed me and she rudely was opposing of it and became hostile and even stated that she did not want to perform any procedure in my mouth far as the f/u. Prior to my procedure I had received a minimum of 7 reminders in one day about my appointment which I felt was a little harassing. Since my appt on 12/15/22 And after calling three times I have yet to receive any discharge teaching which I thought was standard procedure any time you leave a medical or dental providers office especially after a very intense procedure. I was given no discharge instructions and I also requested my records and x-rays in which I was informed I would receive within 48 hours and I still have not received that. In my opinion I will not be going back to have any form of work done at this dental office and I would highly recommend that the dentist maintain a better sense of professionalism and empathy for the patients who undergo such massive, intense and scary procedures. I currently have developed an abscess at the site and have not yet received any follow-up calls or a check up since my appointment as I have from other dental offices in the past.
