I went in with tooth pain and left no pain. Very professional,very clean. The dentist is straight forward with services that are covered by Medicaid. I like the dentist 🦷. But the only thing is that he does like 3 patients at a time so he is running back and forth from patient to patient. I don't particularly like that. But I like the dentist so I'm sticking with him.

Giving Dr. Massad five stars isn't enough. He is very professional, efficient, and kind. He made me feel so comfortable and the entire visit, from start to finish, helped me stay calm. I always hated dentist offices and even a simple check-up makes me nervous. During the visit, I expressed to Dr. Massad how worried I was about the filling I needed. He talked me through what he is going to do, stayed calm, and asked me to raise my hand if I feel any discomfort at any point. He was very quick and has a gentle touch. You need a dentist you can trust, and I can't think of anyone more fit than Dr. Massad.

Sat there for 2 hours! Nothing! Not friendly! No explanation! I was a new client. I waited three weeks for an appointment!! Dental hygienist more interested with her gossip then the patient. Only one doctor. No one checked on me. SAD! I will never go back!
