I wish I could give this place 5 stars but the experience was awful. I told them I had several fillings that needed to be replaced. I was completely dismissed and told they didn’t see anything abnormal even tho I can feel the voids in my teeth with my tongue. Ok. They told me I needed wisdom teeth removed and I’d need a referral to get them done. Then after calling them and emailing, I couldn’t even get in touch with them to send me a referral. When it was literally time for my next cleaning they sent me an email and said they no longer accept my insurance so I called around and found a new dentist. That dentist actually listened to me and I now have an appointment next week to get four weak fillings removed and replaced and to get my two wisdom teeth removed at their office, no referral needed. Pretty disappointed, I’m just glad my teeth didn’t break while eating in the time between my last visit at park west and finding a competent dentist.

Went here as they accept Medicare, and many dentists don't in Chicago. The technology was VERY outdated and the office was very old and they don't have a waiting area (it's in a hallway with 2 chairs). X-rays are sent out, and are not immediately available, as in most dental offices. Cleaning is not done with the first appointment. I scheduled a second appointment, and called to reschedule, and they didn't have any appointment on the books, which is just as well. I switched to a different dentist.

I really like my dentist. I found a very God dentist and a genuinely nice person.

I love my dentist :-) I hate fillings and I’m cursed to have a lot of cavities. Every time I come into the office it’s like visiting a relative or friend. They’re all so friendly, comforting, taking care of me is their priority. I never worry that I’m being price gauged or mislead. Thank you thank you thank you for being a safe space for me and my teeth!!!!

I was blessed to have found them! I cannot say enough about what wonderful, truly genuinely caring people they are! Every person here is so nice. I needed 4 teeth pulled and had been getting frustrated looking around and not having insurance has been a big problem. They not only did they get me in (all the stars were aligned) today but worked with me on the cost. I did not feel a thing! I can say without a doubt, in all my years I have never been so excited to see the dentist. Recommend them to all of your friends and family, they will be beyond pleased!

I came to Park West Family Dental to get a second opinion on a cracked crown. I had a long time family dentist I went to, but fell into a pattern where I had a cracked crown every couple of years which is very uncommon because crowns are meant to last at least 10+ years. So I decided to get a second opinion. I saw Dr Fariha and right away she got to the root cause of my problem which was grinding my teeth at night and it was so severe that I had fractured the root of my tooth (that already had a root canal). My previous dentist never figured this out and kept replacing the crown. It turned out that I actually needed to have my tooth extracted because the root was fractured and the tooth couldn't be saved. I am so grateful I went to Dr Fariha who 1.) figured out the grinding issue and suggested a night guard to make sure there is no additional damage and 2.) I didn't spend hundreds of dollars on a crown that would have needed to be replaced later anyway. I've been coming here ever since and I'm so happy with the sincerity, high quality of work, and worth ethic of the dentist and entire staff.

Dr. Fariha and her staff are extremely accommodating, professional and personable. Me and my children have been clients for years—they work well with young children and adults. It’s easy to schedule appointments for the whole family. Covid related protocols are followed closely to keep all safe. I would highly recommend her practice for your dental needs.
