It took way too long for them to get the right appt to get what I needed done & I was there over 4 hours for my last appt, about 3 hours of that was waiting on the dr to do something. Avoid this place if at all possible.

The blonde hygienist was the most unfriendly person I've ever had clean my teeth!! She was very rough, pulling around on me during the x ray. She didn't smile or greet nor introduce herself! She barely said anything during the whole time!! Dr Wong is fantastic!!

I would’ve given no stars but that wasn’t an option. Today I went Familia dental because when I made my appointment online it was not til May. I have an exposed nerve which quite painful. The Receptionist told me that they take Emergency Walk-ins. I saw a review on Yelp that says they take Walk-ins. I arrived @11 am. They lady waiting on me was in training. She informed me that they NO LONGED TAKE Walk-ins. She went to the back to talk to the dentist. I was told that they didn’t have any available appointments. But that I could come back tomorrow on Friday try to do a Walk-in appointment. While I was standing there the other receptionist got a call. She proceeded to offer the patient on phone an appointment for Saturday. When she got off the phone I asked that receptionist if she had any other appointments available. I told her that that appointment on Saturday should have been offered to me as I was standing in their office. She apologized offered me Walk-in appointment on Friday. (If you don’t take Walk-ins then why am I supposed do it on Friday.) You Either have Walk-ins or you don’t. Which is it? If that is how they handle their patients I’d rather go elsewhere.

It was great Dr. Wong is the best an the nurses were great also they did the thing an talk with me as she Dr Wong was so so caring an very gentle even tho I was a big baby they did great by taking me through every step . ❤️❤️😇😇

I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes then got to the back and waited another fifteen before anyone could tell me that I'm not due for an appointment. That was a waste of time.

Dentist and staff were very nice. My teeth cleaning was so light I couldn't really tell anything had been done. Such a gentle touch.

This was the most disorganized and poorly managed practice I’ve ever been too. I waited almost two months for an appointment, arrived 15 minutes early, and wasn’t seen for over an hour and a half. I spent a total of 7 minutes with the dentist who didn’t do a full cleaning, openly speaking about how she had 5 other patients to see within an hour. Really terrible time management, waiting area was not clean, & staff was not welcoming.

My family and I love our doctor definitely, (he’s a miracle worker) I love how staffing has treated me and my family every time we‘ve come. The service is phenomenal in my experience (for this establishment) and the name fits very well.

The facilities were very clean, & the staff very pleasant & cheerful. A real family feeling. A very good Dentist as well. They did a great job.

Great people. Super affordable! Josie always has a wonderful attitude, she's very quick and efficient at the front desk. Melissa is very quick and super attentive to the exams and cleaning. I don't feel the dread of the wait you normally do when going to a medical office. The Decatur office is a quick, efficient and always filled with positive helpful people. Definitely always my recommended placed for anyone needing dental work!

Waited an a little over an hr to get the procedure but once the dentist started it was all done in an hr. I had a tooth pulled, 2 filling and a deep cleaning. He was great!!!!!!!

The front desk was patient and helpful, my time in the waiting room was reasonable, and the Doctor was able to get the work I needed to have done quickly and painlessly.

Couldn't ask for nicer people and the dentist she's amazing
