Had an appointment this morning 10am,they had some many appointments made nobody could park. And they refuse to let you put a complaint in or talk to the dentist. Now have suffer in pain over there making everyone's appointments at once. But they sure will charge 60 dollars over there doings and bill my insurance. Ty William Chen, UnitedHealthcare took a grievance statement and will be looking into the matter,said no membership users should or do they want the people that choose. UnitedHealth care to be treated like this!! Update very nice people work here and do great work,thinking I was just having a day that morning.

I once was a dentaphobe, someone who was afraid to go to the dentist. I had had a few bad experiences in the chair and my teeth suffered. That was until I started going to Dr Chen over twelve years ago. I have had extensive work done on my teeth with this office. Each time I have been reassured and felt comfortable during each procedure. Dr Chen is well versed on changing dental technologies. The last time I had a filling done it was done with no anesthetic. A laser procedure that took fifteen minutes with no pain what so ever. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone.

Dr. Chen is an incredible and very experienced and professional dentist. As someone who is understandably a bit nervous seeing a dentist, Dr. Chen is the best I've ever had. He's very friendly, gentle, and goes above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable, all with a smile on his face. The staff is unbelievable as well and they are always super friendly and very welcoming. I would recommend this dentist to ANYONE within Granite City and even those living outside the city limits. An absolutely wonderful and pleasant experience all around.

Dr. Chen is as racist as an individual can be towards Blacks. He enforces the $65 late charge on Blacks only. He has stated that he doesn't like Blacks and will not hire them but has no problem with taking their money. It is so bad that he has even offended his employees and other clients. If you look into it, you'll find that he has high turnover. I find that disturbing considering he is Asian. I guess he feels it's ok to come to Granite City, take our money, criticize locals and take the money back to Chesterfield. I wonder what other negative views he has of those of us in Illinois. I wouldn't have given him 1 star but that was the only way I could post this review. I will definitely pass what I know on to others and I encourage all who read this to do the same.
