Dr. Orticelli is awesome! The whole staff is great -- friendly and efficient -- and they work together like a well oiled machine. You can tell he loves what he does and is up on all the latest tech. My family's been going there for a couple years now. If you're looking for a dentist in the area you can't go wrong here.

We brought our daughter in for her first cleaning. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Our whole family will be switching to Dr Orticelli! Highly recommend!

I would just like to say that my first visit in your office was a very pleasant experience. Prior to my appointment I had a lot of issues with my employers insurance and Chris was so helpful, patient and responded with urgency to solve the issue. When I first called the lady who answered the phone (I apologize I don’t remember her name) was very informative, friendly and polite. Now, moving on to the actual visit I was greeted with smiles and had Ana who was friendly, informative, personable, and truly caring of my teeth. Next, Dr. Orticelli was very friendly and polite. Overall, I just wanted to say thank you for a pleasant experience and I will be recommending people to you guys.

This is an absolutely wonderful team. I am extremely anxious walking into any appointments for myself, and everyone took the time to acknowledge that and help me calm my nerves, took their time and gave me space when I needed it. Very understanding and pleasant bedside manor. I feel bad that they have to deal with me, but they are definitely stuck with me lol Thank you to everyone at Dr. Oticellis office!

Our family have been patients of Dr. Orticelli for many years and have nothing but good things to say. Everyone is so friendly which is important because let's face it.....who loves to go to the dentist?? I've had alot of dental work done and I can say that Dr. Orticelli is a great, painless dentist. I've never had a bad experience. The hygienists are also very thorough and do a great job! I would never hesitate to refer anyone to this office as I know they would have a great experience.

Not only did I pay $200 for him to just tell me I need to get a cracked tooth pulled but he went on and charged my insurance as well after I made it CLEAR I was paying cash and to leave my insurance OUT OF THIS!!! CROOK!!! He had no compassion at all. Some patients are afraid of dentists to begin with and hearing "you need a tooth pulled" does not make it any easier. Instead of rushing a patient out when they say they're afraid how about taking a damn minute and listen to why they are afraid instead of rushing them out the door AND overcharging. $200 for an xray and your advise? Outrageous!!!

Dr. Orticelli has been providing outstanding dental care to me for over ten years. He and his staff are friendly and always willing to discuss the best and most affordable options.

My family and I have been seeing Jim and his hygienists for around 25 years. Jim and staff are very friendly, easy-going, and attentive to our needs. The hygienists make sure they've thoroughly cleaned our teeth and checked our gums/teeth/mouth for any issues, and Jim has always given me the best treatment and is always concerned whether I have any sensitivity when he's working on my teeth.

Dr. Orticelli, the dental hygienists and staff are extremely competent, helpful, friendly and professional. Jim Orticelli has been providing me with exceptional service and expertise for more than 25 years. He approaches his patients with treatment that is thorough and precise. His technique and results are exemplary. He never suggests unnecessary treatment to boost the bottom line. Highly recommend!

Dr. Orticelli has been my dentist for over 6 years and I can’t imagine seeing anyone else! He genuinely cares about his patients! His hygienists are all so nice and the ladies at the front desk always have a smile on their face and can answer any questions I have. If you are looking for the best dentist in Lake County, look no further!

This is the best dentist I have ever found and especially in Antioch, IL. This man is pleasant, friendly, thorough, gentle, makes you feel so comfortable and amazingly knowledgeable. He sits with you and explains every detail of what he will be doing in your mouth, makes sure you understand everything and treats you like a human being. Understands that we all work for a living, resonable rates, great hours. His staff is FABOULOUS!! It is unexplainable what the office staff has to offer. Every single person is so nice it's unbelievable. No matter what day of the week, in the office on the phone anytime wonderful pleasant people. I know it's hard to believe but give this office a try you won't go back to your old dentist. And if you don't go to the dentist my suggestion is go! About 11 years ago I was looking for a new dentist. A colleague at work said that she had been going to Jim's practice and that the whole team in addition to doing GREAT dentistry were always laughing and seemed to enjoy their patients and each other. So I went in for my first appointment and I found out that my friend was right. In addition to being a great dentist Jim Orticelli is truly a great guy. Debbie cleans my teeth and coaches me on how to take care of myself so that I can keep my own teeth! For those times when I needed a restoration procedure Beverly helped me to obtain a line of credit from a very low interest lender to finance the dental work. It was easy and saved me money! And speaking of saving me money ... I can think of a half dozen times when Jim has literally taken bread off his family's table and found ways to take care of my teeth in ways that saved me money. I followed Jim's practice from Antioch where I live and where he used to practice to the big new office in Lindenhurst. I have never had a better experience with a dental team! Orticelli is definitely A + Do yourself and your family a favor and try them. You won't be disappointed.

I had a crown done and didn't feel a thing...Dr. Jim is very easy to talk to and his girls are very friendly and nice...wouldn't go anywhere else....

We've been going to Dr. Orticelli for over 2 decades now. He is the only dentist my kids have ever seen and they love him as much as my husband and I. As we have changed insurance plans, we continue to see him even though he is out of network. So worth it. The entire staff is so friendly and accomodating. We wouldn't go anywhere else. My wife and I have been patients of Dr, Orticelli for more than 20 years. Dr. Orticelli has always been available when needed.(regular check-ups,and emergency) Wait time has been minimal. Staff is very Helpful and Agreeable. Dr.Orticelli's work in all areas is exceptional. Our friends and children use Dr. Orticelli currently and over the past number of years.
