Aspen Dental

My experience was excellent. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and treat you with respect and kindness. I have been there three times in two weeks getting a deep cleaning and root canal and was very comfortable every time. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental to friends.

I was on alot of pain got pn meds and will be getting dentures . I guess thats good wished I could do both at the same time but oh well.

It is a wonderful office. Everyone is friendly, caring and yet very professional. The equipment was state of the art. Alina and Emily were wonderful about making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. We had such fun with Rachel, the treatment coordinator, who explained every step and cost of future care.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE. THEY CANT ANSWER NO QUESTIONS EVEN THE SIMPLE ONES. THEY TELL ME I HAVE A BALANCE OF 192.00 THAN TURN AROUND AND SAY THE SERVICES I HAD RENDERED WAS 377.62 I TELL THE GOOFEY THAT I PAID 377.62 SHE TELLS ME I HAVE THE BALANCE BECAUSE MY INSURANCE PAID LESS THAN WHAT THEY WAS SUPPOSE TO I LET HER KNOW THAT I WAS LOOKING AT THE CLAIM SUBMITTED BY THEM TO MY INSURANCE AND MY INSURANCE DIDN’T PAY NOTHING. SO IF THE AMOUNT FOR MY SERVICE WAS 377.62 AND MY INSURANCE DIDN’T PAY NOTHING AND I PAID THE FULL BALANCE WHY CANT YOU TELL ME WHAT THE 192 IS FOR? EXACTLY! THAN THE GOOFEY THOUGHT SHE HUNG UP AND TRIED TO TALK ABOUT ME TO HER COWORKER LIKE I COULDN’T HEAR HER! & DIDN’T EVEN TELL THE FULL NOR RIGHT STORY TRYING MAKE IT SEEM LIKE I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT! WRONG! YOU ONLY GOT ONE JOB AND THATS TO ASSIST THE PATIENT WHICH YOU DIDN’T DO! SAID YOU WAS GETTING IN CONTACT WITH THE ROCKFORD OFFICE BUT INSTEAD WANT TO SNEAK DISS AND DIDN'T EVEN DO IT RIGHT. THE WORLD TO SMALL FOR THAT BABY LOVE! KEEP IT PROFESSIONAL BOOKIE!

Dr Song made everything very clear about what they were going to do and we made a game plan. It was a nice change of pace from my old dentist

Terrible customer service, wish I never started the Invisalign process with them. 0/10 would not recommend. It’s mainly the women that answer the phone (and if you look at other reviews other customers have had problems with these women y’all need to check your staff lol), never had any issues with the hygienist or Dr.

Had multiple teeth pulled and was very well taken care of by Dr. Patel, Cynthia, Joey, and Haylin! Virtually pain-free, and they were wonderful every step of the way. Highly recommend. Thanks guys!!! In here again and Millie was the best DA ever!

I was in excruciating pain from a cavity that had broken lose. Which I stupidly ignored, and allowed to get worse until the point of infection. I do not recommend doing this! When you notice a problem, call the dentist ASAP to make an appointment. Don't do what I did. The left side of my cheek/jaw/teeth were throbbing, and I was having the worst shooting pains. It was constant..I hadn't slept in a couple days because of how painful it was. I felt as though I was losing my mind! I tried calling many different dentists and no one was able to get me in. Finally I called Aspen Dental and they scheduled me in that same day. I then decided to read the reviews and saw many horrible reviews where people who were in a similar situation as me had gone to Aspen and did not have the best experience. Reviews that said all they wanted was money and were trying to sell them procedures they didn't necessarily need. Or they needed a tooth pulled due to infection, like mine, and they did nothing for them. That was not the case for me! They were so helpful, and accommodating. They immediately prescribed me an antibiotic and medication for the pain. I asked if the doctor would be able to pull the tooth since it was a 2nd molar and the infection had spread so far that it wasn't just in the tooth anymore. It had also spread into my cheek. They asked the doctor, and he agreed to pull the tooth. Dr. Xue is who I saw and he was absolutely wonderful. So kind, and empathetic to what I was going through. I didn't have enough money to pay for the entire extraction. Dr. Xue and the treatment plan coordinator named Rachel worked with me so I could have the tooth pulled anyhow. The only downside was they don't have gas at the Machesney park location so I had to have the numbing injection only. But the Dr. made sure to numb me enough so I did not feel any pain..pressure only. When you're in that much pain you'll take the needle! It's been 4 days now and I feel SO much better. This the second time I've been here and I've been very happy on both occasions , if you have insurance or you can afford it , I highly recommend this service .

I' went to Aspen dental in 2019, I am still seeing dentists to correct what Aspen has done to me or should I say didn't do. A lot of money waisted.

I do not recommend this company at all! The quality of my life is gone because of the work I had done there. 99% of the work was NOT done by Dr. Patel. I have refused to not pay for what was done even though it ruined my credit rating.

Walking in the office I felt welcomed right away, which really helped my anxiety. Taylor is always friendly, funny, and makes me feel at ease about being here and really Taylor's to my needs and Taylor's her time with my cleaning. I know it may sound silly but true story. Taylor is professional and Taylor is polite. I have never had my gum disease fully Taylored to my understanding. Taylor took her time and went over my previous scans very Taylorly. I can't thank her enough for all of the education she provided me. Also Taylor is by far the best at making sure I am pain free during my cleaning. Taylor is a complete five star professional hygienist - knows what to look for the "wrong" with my teeth and gum health with fore coming instructions for the correction. And better yet, she is a very pleasant person!

I went in for an appointment and was greeted right away but the staff up front who were very friendly. Taylor (hygienist) then called me back and was very knowledgeable and friendly. You can tell that she really enjoys her job, which is awesome. The customer service makes you feel very welcoming, which is a huge plus coming into a dentist facility!!!

Taylor is a great hygienist. She always takes her time and has a very pleasant personality. She's been my hygienist for a few years now, and I'm very pleased with her.

Aspen Dental (Machesney Park) has the BEST oral hygienist I've ever had.
