Had a check up , and cleaning , doctor cheched on sore on gum , friendly staff , good job , thank you .

I went in there thinking Aspen Dental would be the best and fastest solution to my problem the way they advertise, needed to get a couple of teeth out , they make the exam right away which is great, but then came the awkward part, they take you to an office with what appears to be one of their "sales personnel" outlining a very costly plan for me of thousands of dollars instead of scheduling to take care of my problem, it felt like the experience of trying to purchase a vehicle, so I go to my local dentist instead and spend $300 problem solved.....so don't go there if you need a faster solution to your situation

Went to have a denture repair...required a full exam cost over 400.00 the denture was from there... Yes it was out of warranty. Out of pocket was 105.00 they care more about contracts and money than people. Dr was kind hygienist kind but staff was not. also I used 500.00 from an fsa crd to put down on new set... Over 30 days... They sent it back to fsa that had expired . No warning. No conversation. No same day services... Three weeks out for actual services .

Every single employee had the best attitude and customer service skills. Appointments were made very quickly. So happy to have found this place.

Mattoon IL office. Sorry excuse for a dentist office. They never even did any work on me. I had a horrible pain from bad tooth, so I made an appointment went in on a Friday at the time they specified, no one way there lights off doors locked, ok so I called made another appointment, so I go in today they opened late, and when I got in they claimed they had no record of me making an appointment and no doctor in today so nothing they can do. Long story short don't waste your time with these incompetent people absolute joke

Broke a tooth before Christmas. Got me right in and fixed it in 45 minutes. Dentist really made my comfort a priority.

The dentist is so patient. He takes the time to explain everything to you and makes sure you’re comfortable! The front desk staff is awesome! Love this place! And don’t forget Joe! He literally made my new smile! This is my new favorite place!!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the office in Mattoon. From the receptionist, office manager, dental hygienists, and Dr. and anyone else I missed, this staff is excellent! Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and kind are just a few words. I would highly recommend them and this from a person who has always been afraid of the dentist!

Not good at calling back at all over $1100.00 dollars for a tooth pulled and upper plate relined and the upper plate isn’t any better have been too 2 Aspen dental offices and both experiences weren’t good . Not happy won’t go back

I was promised a refund of up to 800$. Now that I just called 1 year later they magically started to issue the refund process. Which will go back to my credit card that they sold me A.K.A will not get a true cash refund this place is a scam do not go here.

I was really amazed how everyone was and how nice and polite they were I always hated going to the dentist but not anymore I'm going to go back .and I'm going to tell all my family and friends if it wasn't for my daughter Megan Richardson told me to go here I wouldn't never get to experience great service
