Excellent service! The staff is very helpful and friendly. My son has been going here for years and now it's my turn...... I was pretty nervous about what I was going to need done, but they explained it all thoroughly. I feel very comfortable coming here.

My appointment for a crown this morning was probably the best experience I have ever had at the dentist. Dr. Anjeli and her assistant were very thorough, explaining everything they were doing as they were doing it. I felt very at ease with both of them and did not experience any pain throughout the entire procedure. I also had an appointment earlier this month for a cleaning and Kathleen, the hygienist was also great. This is very well run office!

The Staff are very friendly and personable. Everyone warmly greets you each time you come to the office. Today I had a dental cleaning with Kathleen. She was so welcoming and let me know what was happening each step along the way. Professionally, she did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Anjali Talwar is my amazing dentist. She is so friendly and personable! She is a gentle and compassionate doctor. When she works on you she is completely focused on doing her work and is always checking in with you to make sure you are comfortable with any procedure. I highly recommend this dental office for all your dental care and needs. You will always be pleased with the help and care you receive! 2022 - Back in 2022, Dr. Cheng took care of my dental needs adding a cap on one tooth and extracted another. He was calm, caring. consistent and did a great job. He was focused on treating me with the utmost care. 2023 - Dr. Anjali Talwar was assisted by Christina as I had 2 cavities filled. I was amazed at how gentle Dr. Anjali was when numbing me up and giving me the shots I needed before my procedure. She also used a technique of rubbing my gum line to help the numbing medication penetrate more quickly before she started the procedure. Wow! That really worked! Since I felt a bit cold I was treated to having a warm blanket to cover up with during today’s necessary procedures. Along the way they checked in on me to make sure I was comfortable and when the situation got a bit tough they waited to make sure I was comfortable again before proceeding which I truly appreciated. Overall, Family Roots Dentistry offers you comprehensive and complete dental help with competent doctors that make a fantastic team! All the dental technicians, hygienists and office staff work synergistically together in a warm, friendly and accommodating atmosphere! Absolutely love this place! I know that sounds weird talking about a dentist office, but it's not your average office. State of the art equipment, meaning painless, quick and thorough. Awesome staff. As soon as you walk in, greeted with kindness and professionalism. And the medical staff is top of their class! Engaging, professional with a little sense of humor thrown in to make you feel at ease. If you're looking for a dentist office that doesn't bring back the horrible memories and fear you had as a kid, I would highly recommend you give them a call!

One thing that was not good was that I had an 8:00 AM appointment but found your door locked, and no one answered the phone until 8:10! Everything else was great, as usual.

My daughter said she likes the dentist and the tech because they talk to her and they are nice!

I’ve had really bad anxiety about going to the dentist my whole life. So, I didn’t go for over ten years. Because of this I needed several procedures done, including root canals and teeth removal. The dentists at Family Roots are the most compassionate and really took my fears and anxiety seriously and put me at ease with their procedures. And without general anesthesia I never felt a thing. They are thorough when making a treatment plan and take their time with explaining and listening to my concerns. I am so grateful to have found them.
