They refused to clean my husband teeth when he showed up for his appointment saying he needed a deep cleaning and a longer appt and that I should nave known that when I called to make the appt!!! I said how would I know what kind of cleaning the dentist is insisting my husband get in lieu of the regular cleaning?!? Then they proceeded to be extremely rude even had the dentist send me a nasty letter!!
