This is the only dentist I will keep going back to! I love Dr. Prane and her office staff because they are compassionate and super friendly! I trust them for all of dental care and highly recommend them to everyone. My whole family comes here for our oral health.

I have truly never been to a place like Stone Falls! I’m always brought back to my appointment on time, which is valuable to me because they respect my time. Caroline is an awesome hygienist and does a thorough job everytime. Would recommend this office to anybody seeking dental care…5 out of 5 stars!

I have very few regrets in life. One of my biggest is the day I stepped foot in Stone Falls Dental. I don’t doubt that the many reviews are from truly happy patients. After all those reviews are what drove me to this very office. Unfortunately for me, this would be the biggest mistake of my life. Next to my first marriage anyway. First, I want to state that the entire staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Especially to those of us with massive anxiety when it comes to visiting the dentist. It’s for this reason that I decided against writing a negative review. I decided to just suffer until I was able to afford another dentist visit with another office. But you see, these guys will e-mail you CONSTANTLY. No problem. I’d just unsubscribe. But the e-mails kept coming. So I blocked the contact. Or so I thought. Today I received a text message. Even though I blocked the number, too! At this point I am just angry. So I took some time away from my day-to-day to write up my review. I had initially gone in for a routine checkup and to address any issues they may have found. Again, I have anxiety so I put off my dentist visits. I didn’t have too many issues thankfully. Everything seemed doable. The first visit they did a cleaning and tackled a problem tooth. I had mentioned to the assistant that my bite felt off afterward. She assured me that it wasn’t. I’ve been to numerous dentists and any time I say something is off, they fix it. They don’t decide for themselves that it isn’t. It's MY bite. I think I'd know if it felt off. So I left feeling uncomfortable. I remained that way. No biggie. I just figured I’d mention it again at my next appointment where they were going to continue my treatment plan. At this point I expressed how much pain I was in. It felt like TMJ. My jaw kept clicking and I’d hear this noise in my ear. And my ears! They felt so full and heavy. I initially thought maybe I was getting sick. But this remained for MONTHS! Along with my jaw locking u

I recently started coming to this office as a new patent a few weeks ago. The staff is very kind, courteous and professional. I had to have some dental work done, and Dr. Prane did an excellent job. If I had any questions about aftercare, they were answered. Highly recommend going here.

I loved the experiences I've had at Stone Falls so far! I was able to see Dr. Prane the same day about a chip I had noticed on my tooth. I loved my hygienist Doreen and would definitely sit in her chair again. Additionally, the fluoride treatment I received was by far the best I've ever had and did not leave a bad taste in my mouth like others I've had in the past. 10/10 would come again!

My daughter recommended Dr. Prane to me when I moved here almost 2 years ago. It proved to be a wonderful recommendation indeed. From the cheerful front office staff who greets you by name to the dental hygienist, Caroline, to Dr. Prane's skill. My semi-annual visits for teeth cleanings have been pleasant because of Caroline. She's cheerful. thorough and explains each procedure as she goes along. Dr. Prane does not push procedures but skillfully & successfully had to apply a crown to a tooth in need. And, on December 30, 2022, while the office was technically closed. she was available to file down 2 back teeth I chipped until more permanent repairs can be done soon. Serving their patients happily & skillfully is what you remember about all the office staff. Thank you, Dr. Prane, for running such a pleasant office.

The team at Dr. Prane's office is awesome, I always feel like part of a family when I am there. I never have an issue with getting an appointment. The team ensures that things are scheduled in a timely fashion and that they are available in an emergency as well. Everyone speaks to you, and they remember who you are, which is number one, in my book. My birthday is this week, and l had an appointment on Monday evening, and they got me a birthday card!

This is the best dental office I've ever been to. I've been going here for years even when my insurance changed and didn't cover 100%. Dr Prane and all of the staff are amazing. Everyone is so friendly and super personable. I highly recommend Stone Falls Dental!

They require a $49 deposit to hold your appointment for new patients.

I recently transferred to Stone Falls Dental Care and I have no regrets. The staff are professional and efficient, they took great care of me. Special shout out to Doreen! I'm in my mid 50s and she is the first dental professional, other than previous dentist, who truly left a positive impression on me. I can't recall any others from my past dental offices. She clearly communicated what she was doing as well as helped explain how our teeth and mouth have so many links to our overall health. I highly recommend checking out this office if you are looking for quality dental care.

Dr. Prane and her staff at Stone Falls Dental provide exceptional service. They are kind, courteous, and professional. They explain what they are going to do in detail. The great experience begins with Sara at the front desk, her welcoming smile, and her knowledge on management of insurance issues as well as explaining out of pocket cost. Office is clean and they work around your schedule. Highly recommend Stone Falls Dental.

Everyone from the front desk to the assistant and Dr. Prane were very welcoming. They are very thorough and explain any findings to ensure that you understand. I highly recommend this office to anyone!

If you’re looking for a dentist office that provides general dental care plus Invisalign treatment, this is the best one in town! My husband and I have been coming here for our check ups and cleanings. Dr. Prane worked on my cavities and it was painless. I recently finished my Invisalign treatment and am so satisfied with the results! If you’ve ever done an Invisalign treatment, you know how often you have to visit your dentist office to do check ups and getting the new set of trays. I have always been able to get in within a timely manner. Dentist assistant Jessie and the team are very professional and welcoming. Highly recommend this place!
