Not in the business of dentistry it's dentures or leave. Empathy Compassion Understanding removed from the practice it's just do what we tell you and empty your pockets. Been treated better buying a 99¢ hamburger.

This office is in flux. Dentists are let go and patients quit frequently. Dr. B. is young and in inexperienced. I have never had such a painful treatment anywhere in my life. I asked her to stop the treatment and she did not. Find a dentist who truly cares about your treatment. Staff will lie to cover up their mistakes.

1. The dental hygienist are great! I have been going for a few years and had good service. Due to circumstances of my life I did make and cancel several appointments. I was a caregiver for my Mom which I did not know if she would get sick. This was my fault. The front staff stated I would have to call the day I could make it and if there was an appointment available they would squeeze me in. I understood this due to all the cancellations. Went for regular cleaning and Dr Bess said she had time to fill cavities. Unfortunately I did not have the time. I asked may I make an appointment my Mom has passed. Her response was no we can’t do that. I understand time is money but don’t I deserve another chance? If they don’t want me just tell me. 2. My husband dentist retired so I referred him to Midwest. They filled a cavity and he scheduled for a teeth cleaning. They took X-rays. Said he needed several teeth extracted and parcel. His teeth were not bothering him. He left with a hefty estimate and did not get his teeth cleaned. They could not do that! Needless to say he went to another dentist. More than happy to clean teeth, filled cavities and much more cheaper than Midwest. They are all about the money. They just meant everyone to get credit from Care Credit so they can inflate their prices. Not for the middle class people.

I had to get two molar teeth pulled north on the left side of my mouth. One on top, one on bottom. I’m not usually nervous about going to the dentist, but knowing this was going to be pretty painful, I was. The assistant made me feel relaxed. She just made small talk and made sure I was ok before we started. The dentist came in and explained exact my what she was gonna do. Made sure my mouth was plenty numb before she started pulling the teeth. They explained to me what I should do with the medicine they prescribed and what I should eat for the first 24 hours. All in all it was a good experience. I will definitely be keeping them as my main dentist.

I went to the Pontiac office. I was taken back to a room and told to sit in dental chair. The tech immediately started taking X-rays. Then the dr came in and told me she would pull two teeth that day. The tech told me they do not offer a payment plan and I would have to pay over $800. that same day because my insurance wouldn’t cover all of the charges. I left the office with my teeth hurting. I couldn’t afford that payment on that day. Needless to say I couldn’t get my teeth fixed. They were not helpful at all.
