Dr Hawk was treated my 3 year old son terribly during his fillings and we will not be going back to her. Advanced is great and we hope to find a new dentist there to see him.

I would not go back here if my jaw was falling off. Paid 195.10 of a 259.00 bill. For my 6 year old to get a tooth pulled. A tooth that definitely didn't need pulled there and I could have done it myself. Was told insurance would cover what I did not pay (63.90) Almost a month later now I get a bill for the balance eventhough I was told different. There are many better dentist in quincy who wouldn't have even pulled the tooth. This company is greedy and favors profit over everything.

Besides being embarrassed about a 2011 bill that was on my husband. I would recommend this place so grateful I got in so fast. Staff seemed friendly but I did notice a some laughing and things at my paper work so should have known something but didn't until the end. Just feel it could have been taken care of a lil differently especially when we was in a closed room talking about other services I needed just so sad over this

As thankful as I am for getting in so quick and not sleeping the night before because I had a toothache. They let me get all the way thru til the end and embarrass me about a "2011" 75.00 dollar bill that was sent to collections on my "husband"talking really loud in the office mind u not even in my name just on my insurance again from 2011. I don't even think I was gonna get my prescription if I didn't pay or welcomed back...
