It was my first time being there and the people were just the nicest nicest people I've ever been around in a dentist place they make you feel so comfortable and they're very caring and they will help you out with your payments they're very good people I'm glad I picked them... Chris

Dr. Sims was extremely kind. He took great care of my son for his whole procedure and made sure he was comfortable.

Everyone was great except for one, I was in getting my treatment she came in and said see before you leave and still getting my treatment done she came back and rudely said your insurance don’t cover your crown and getting ready to leave she shoved a paperwork to me the billing lady was NOT great she was rude

Worst experience I've ever had at a dentist and I've had a lot of dental work the dentist was unprofessional kept leaving me to go work on other patients the whole reason I went there is because I had a Crown that fell off not only did they not fix that but he put an ignorant looking kemper a Crown on me that hurt me gave my gums infection and fell off 2 days later I'm in excruciating pain

I’ve never enjoyed such an enjoyable experience at a dentist office in my life. Dr. Phillips is so kind and competent and respectful and relaxing and…. Just amazing!! Everyone else too! Such a great time, seriously.

I am a new patient, and couldn’t be happier. I had not been to a dentist in 3 years, and started having tooth pain that got progressively worse. Your dental staff took care of my pain, and I left with a plan for getting dentures. The next day, I looked over the plan and I realized I could not afford it. Jessica talked with me over the phone, and made changes so I could get dentures now instead of waiting longer.

I'm totally disappointed in this place, I have been going to the dental office on Dirksen for years. Unfortunately the North Dirksen office is closed so I was informed i had to go to the veterans parkway location. I was accused of showing up late for my appointment, which I showed up 10 minutes early. I had to take my daughter out of school early just for this cleaning. So when I was told I had to reschedule I was upset. I have the email showing the time of my appointment which was 11:30. The office manager saw I was upset and she states "you can always go somewhere else". If the first thing out of someone's mouth is calling you a liar and I have the email to prove it. Who wouldn't be upset? She wouldn't listen to reason or let me explain. The receptionist wouldn't listen to me or let me explain. The manager is suppose to lead by example, and If this is the individual representing your company, what a disgrace!!!! Why should I have to wait months when I was falsely accused of showing up at the wrong time. Then she tells the receptionist to note on my account and I can never be seen there again. How is this fair to me? How is this fair to my children? I didn't even know who she was the first thing out of her mouth was I could go somewhere else. Never stated her title or listened to my concerns. This what happens when you choose to go with a franchised company. No values or respect for long term customers especially when I was right, and wasn't even giving the benefit of the doubt. I suggest going to a dental office that's more personal, has family values and excellent customer service!!

The staff is nice, the facility is clean, the scheduling and billing process was easy. However, my actual wisdom teeth removal was a nightmare. A month out, I've recovered fine (thankfully). But the procedure was not a positive experience for me at all. I will not be coming back, not even just for a cleaning. I've spoken to management about my experience and I hope they take my feedback seriously and implement changes so that future patients have a better outcome than me.

AMAZING! Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere.

My appointment at Aspen Dentsl was great. The office staff and the clinical staff were all very friendly, efficient and answered all my questions. The Doctor explained what the plan would entail and reviewed options for a lower denture. Overall a 10 out of 10.

My first visit, everyone was great!

My experience at Aspen Dental was extremely positive because Dr. Roberts, the exray tech and hygienist were all extreme Professional and qualified to do the best job possible. I felt elated to see and experience a place that was truly diversified by hiring people from other cultures. Myself as an 71 year old, African American woman have never felt so comfortable knowing I was taken care of someone who really cared about me. Thanks and I hope other businesses will follow suit. Not just say I will but do it .
