Went in to the office today to set an appointment to have a couple of teeth pulled and I was met by two of the most amazingly helpful young ladies. Taneice and Bailey worked together in harmony to help me get my appointment set around my hectic work schedule and got me set for a not to far off date which I truly appreciate. If the Dentist are anything like these two young I feel that I should be in great hands.

I've been coming here for quite some time. My son got braces here and they were wonderful with him. I had to get dentures and after a few hiccups 😒 the end result was good. This office has the most rudest staff including the manager. The way the office staff treated my daughter now for the second time is unacceptable, and this time we have a recording to prove it! I will be forwarding it to the corporate office as well as blasting it all over social media! How this office is still open and operating is beyond me. Besides the rude staff, appointments are far and few in between, it takes forever to schedule an appointment, and when using the text option they never call you back. We decided personally to spend our money for braces at Brinley Orthodontics, which I may add is an hour away from Springfield, IL, but definitely worth it as far as service, and appointment availability. If you are looking for orthodontic care I would highly suggest Brinley! As for dental care I would suggest anywhere else rather than Familia!

From the front desk staff, to the dental staff, everyone was awesome! Everyone is so friendly and professional, I will tell everyone I can think of how great you all are! If I could give a zero star I would!!! I've been trying to get my dentures for six months. Each time I had to wait months to get back in for another step of making them. Then the past three weeks been told they are ready to come in, and each time I do my dentist is out of office. Came in last week got told she wouldn't be back in until the 30th so came back in today now I'm being told the 3rd or 4th!!!!! I'm done trying to get them here I'm going to One day denture where at least I know I'll get them!!!!
