I have been going here for as long as I can remember and I never had a problem with Dr. Greenwald. I usually have a 6 month cleaning and set those up after every appointment. I recently changed my phone number (I’ll take responsibility on that) but to be fair me calling my dentist is to update my information is something that never crosses my mind. I ended up being billed $50 for the missed appointment. I will never be going back there again since it took them 90 days to let me know that I haven’t paid it.

I was a long standing patient. I went to Dr. Giannone until he turned the practice over to Dr. Greenwald. However I left there in tears on my last visit. My “state insurance” is no excuse for (in my opinion) unethical and unprofessional treatment.

nothing but great things from this dentist. I've never been a fan of dentists, but know ill be in good hands here. they use a pre numbing gel if you need a numbing shot, you wont even feel it. nothing but great staff, I've never had any problems. many times my appointment could be a long shot away, but when slots open up they give me a call to get it. **Edit** even after years of service, no problems. id still recommend this team for dental care.
