Always a POSITIVE experience at whatever dental procedure I have. Allison is the best hygentist I've ever gone to. She does an excellent job cleaning my teeth. She knows her stuff.

If could only give 0 stars. My initial visit was wonderful, as was the first year. Since 11/2022 subpar at best. The cleanings are good. The in-house root canal/extractions not so much. Extreme disappointment that almost 2 years in, normal use was met with a cracked crown. I was so traumatized by an extraction that I now have anxiety. I don’t feel comfortable going back for repair and will pay out of pocket since insurance only covers every 5 years. Not an offer of any remedy whatsoever. $700+ down the drain.

I have struggled with the dentist due to repeat bad experiences time after time but Midwest Dental?? I was in excruciating pain when I came in on 2/6 and I was seen by the dentist within 20 minutes of stepping in the building!! The dentist numbed me enough so I could think properly and I scheduled an extraction the next day! I could of been seen the same day if only it fit with my schedule!! The day of my appointment was the smoothest dentist visit I've ever had in my 23 years. The following weekend, I experienced some unusual pain and thought they might be due to the stitches over the extraction so I decided to go in on 2/13 to see if he would look at it to give me peace of mind. As I talked to the receptionist, she was the one who suggested the dentist taking a look at it and I was so happy to hear that cause I was worried that something so simple wouldn't take priority. Overall, I am extremely satisfied and will be be recommending this place to anyone who asks or doesn't! Thank you Midwest Dental!!

It is outrageous that the tooth did not bother me. Yes, there was a hole. But, I used my teeth normally. I decided to make a crown on the doctor's advice. Now I'm left with a kick for $770, which hurts🤬

My construction, which cost $750, lasted one day. It is sad that the tooth did not bother me, there was only a small hole. I used it primarily and did not experience any problems. I was persuaded to make a design. My teeth were cut for this. After that I can't eat, my tooth is super sensitive, I can't touch it. The structure that was installed was so low that I could not chew. She immediately spilled out of the soup along with the soft chicken!!!!!!!

My kids have only had pleasant experiences at dentist offices in the past (cleanings and xrays) so I was very nervous when I found out we had to change dentists (insurance reasons) and my 8 year old needed 2 teeth pulled (orthodontist's orders.) We were new to Dr. Singh, and he was able to fit us in very quickly. What could have been a traumatizing experience with the extractions went very smoothly. My daughter was a champ, but the MVPs were Dr. Singh and his staff. They kept her (and this nervous mom) calm. The procedure was painless for my daughter. The only thing she complained about was the grape flavor of the numbing agent, so in my book, that is a huge win. Thank you Dr. Singh!

I needed my teeth done for a few years now I’ve had issues with other dental offices in the area but Midwest they have been super friendly and understanding and they did everything the could to help me they pulled my wisdom teeth and a baby tooth that was literally rotting in my mouth that other dentist have refused to pull or send me to a oral surgeon who cost a Arm and a leg I definitely recommend them they are not like other dental offices at all they actually care for you as a A patient and is a human

I’ve been looking for a great DDS here in Springfield since I moved back 12 years ago! I finally found Dr.Z and his lovely staff. The hygienist, Allison, could not have been more thorough. I’ve never had a perfect cleaning in Springfield until w/Allison, and I mean PERFECT!. The office manager is very professional and friendly. Dr. Z is calm, knows EXACTLY what he’s doing and doesn’t sell you on procedures, products or services you probably don’t need! From what I understand Dr.Z does much more than general dentistry...like everything , in dentistry! He’s just a cool guy. In my opinion, this group is tops, here in Springfield, I see no reason to ever leave this practice! I’m greatful beyond measure to have been referred to DrZ

Everybody is great, nice and professional. The young girl that did my cleaning was exceptionally thoughtful and very nice. The place is clean. Great work.

The level of care at Dr. Z's clinic surpasses the highest expectations anyone can have regarding a dental clinic. Dr. Z and his staff are caring, warm, and make you feel right at home while delivering a supreme-quality service unmatched anywhere. Dr. Z is a special dentist and human being altogether. His level of concern, care and love for his patients is beyond one’s imagination. He genuinely cares such that it feels like his caring is, in and of itself, his own personal reward. I have not known such a quality in another human being. If you are looking for a dentist who will care for your teeth for life, then you have just found him. Springfield is so fortunate to have such a high-quality dentist within its community.

I have to say your new dental hygienist Allison is top notch! For me that is the worst part about going to the dentist. But she was very gentle, kind, and most importantly my teeth look the best they have in years! By far Allison is the best hygienist I've ever had!

Do NOT go to this office! Not a recognizable face every 6 months. Doctor left during my visit and tried to retroactively have me sign a form saying I was OK with it, I was not. They wanted to text pics of my teeth to the absent doctor, violation of HIPAA. I asked to speak to someone regarding my poor experience and have yet to hear from anyone.

Dr Shannis is super. He never disappoints! Kind and gentle!!!
