If I could give negative stars I would. It was a HORRIBLE experience. I would not send my worst enemy there. I have never been treated so poorly in all of my life. Dr. Hughes (he does not deserve the respect of the Dr. title) was very rude and arrogant. He was not helpful, did not offer any advice or give me any options. He did not try to put me at ease. No one wants to go to the dentist, but when you are treated like that it only makes it so much worse. In my opinion if you need any work done, you would be better off doing it yourself. He is a condescending jerk. On a side note, I ended up going somewhere else and I was treated with compassion and was able to get my tooth fixed. She gave me many options and advice. It was the perfect example of how a patient should be treated.

I went here a while back and the really large female that works in this office was extremely ignorant. She would say that I didn't take care of my teeth while she is 300+ pounds overwqeight and didn't take care of her whole body. Then she stunk and smelled like an armpit while hovering over me working on my teeth. Worst experience ever. Stay away and find another place to go to .

I love Dr Sup in the Ottawa office. She is down to earth and made me feel very welcome and relaxed. The atmosphere is very friendly and the dental techs are the best! I actually look forward to my dentist appointments. 🦷

The female dentist that works in brian hughes office is loud when speaking makes patients who are already uncomfortable more uncomfortable instead of making them feel comfortable. Also knowing a patient is nervous about them working in their mouth most dentist would prescribe something to comfort them for the work that needs to be done. Never did get to meet the male dentist the two times i was there i probably would have been more comfortable with the male dentist being there then the female pushing me out the door all because i was taking to much of their time up! Highly recommend seeing the male dentist that works tues and thurs in ottawa office!!!
