The great ladies at Tolono Family Dental are always so kind and efficient. My procedure went as smooth as ice cream. Their new high tech equipment is really cool too!

From the moment I walked in I felt welcome in a place that can seem scary to others. All the staff made me feel at home and were extremely kind. The dental assistant cleaning my teeth Hannah was so nice and took her time. And when I had concerns about the cost of some teeth I need fixed she gave me good resources so I would be able to do that. You can tell they all care so much and love their patients and place of work so much.

Recommend 10/10! I was very nervous going in to get my procedure done and the dentist and dentist assistant were very kind and caring. They eased my nerves. They explained in detail what was going to happen and as it was happening. I experienced no pain and procedure went much faster than expected. Prices were good as well. Will continue to go here for all my dental needs.

He had to most anxiety he’s ever had on the way to the appointment, but you guys made him so calm and relaxed and he has no bruising or anything after the work he had done! Incredible place. The entire staff are super helpful and friendly; the hygenist and dentist were both so sweet to my son; they were quick, but not rushed. The building is maybe a little outdated, but very clean and welcoming. I honestly couldn't believe how amazing our experience was. Perfect for families.

I absolutely love everyone that works at the Tolono Family Dental office. The staff is so friendly and the hygienists and doctor are all very kind and great at their jobs. Going to the dentist isn’t fun for anyone, yet they manage to make every experience easy and painless. The doctor is so compassionate and goes out of her way to make sure you feel comfortable. Wonderful people! I highly recommend this dental office .

Couldn't have asked for a better experience for my 10 year old son. Everyone was very polite and helpful and they accept our insurance which is a bonus. Will most definitely be coming back here from now on and recommending this place to others 😊

This is hands down the best dentist I have ever been to. I wish we could take them with us when we move. They have been wonderful in helping us get the care we need quickly and have worked wonderful with Tricare military insurance. If you are military this is the place to come. DON'T GO WHERE LHI TRIES TO SEND YOU. The receptionist Lacey really knows her stuff. Everyone here is really nice and friendly and the dentist is good at what they do. They are small but they have comfortable couches in the waiting area and each dental chair has a TV above it to help take your mind off of why your there. Especially good for kids who can be scared!!! They are patient and work well with kids, kept my daughter calm for her first filling. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good dentist.

Very nice and very good at what they do

I have nothing but good things to say about this office from the front office staff , S/O to Lacy and Donna very helpful, informative and always answered all my questions. Dr.Todd and Becca rock, always explaining everything that I am getting done . Making sure I am comfortable . And I don’t like the dentist, but they make me feel at ease and does a wonderful job. 100% refer them to anyone.

I went to Molina Healthcare's website, and spoke with a representative. Both informed me that an adult 21 years and older was entitled to one free routine dental cleaning every six months. I went to Tolono Family Dental and was told by the dentist that that wasn't the case. That for adults, there was a discounted cleaning, at a price of $60.00. I went home and double checked the website and recalled Molina and was told, again, that every six months any adult on Molina Healthcare with Avesis is entitled to a free routine cleaning. So, Tolono Family dental tried to charge me $60.00 for something I am entitled to free free under Molina. In addition, I have teeth missing in need of a fixed bridge, which is ready and waiting at Dr. Scott Anderson's office in Champaign. (I can not afford to pick it up, as I am on disability.) Anyway, she x-rayed the area, and told me a fixed bridge would not work in that part of my mouth. Never mind that Dr. Anderson (Google him) has an outstanding reputation and fifty years experience, and said that a fixed bridge WOULD work in that part of my mouth. She is obviously right and he is obviously wrong. Stay away from Tolono Family dental.
