The whole team is super friendly and knowledgeable, and communicate with my insurance efficiently so I get reimbursed quickly. Shout out to Jackie for always being especially helpful and kind!

The doctor and his team are fabulous. My son had a toothache, and they saw him and took care of him quickly. Our entire family goes here, and I would absolutely recommend this dentistry for children.

Washington Dentistry is a top choice for sure! Dr. Lovell and his team offer excellent care every visit. His staff members are friendly and display an approachable demeanor. Dr. Lovell and the hygienist offered me great advice to maximize my oral health. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

This is the place to go for all your dental needs. Whether it's just routine cleanings or more (like me) Dr. Lovell is the man for the job. My experiences at Shady Pines, uhhm Maple Shade, were less than stellar. And I knew that. But man it was like night and day after my first visit here. Real deal.

As a rule I am not a big fan of going to the dentist but this visit was a pleasant experience. Dr Lovell was extremely professional and explained everything he did which made me feel less stressed. The office was very clean and beautifully decorated. I will not fret about going back to the dentist anymore.

Let me just say that going to the dentist has not always been a very good experience for me but I was so impressed with my recent visit to Washington Dentistry. Dr Lovell and his whole staff were very nice and professional. Dr Lovell even found a problem that I have been dealing with for years that my other dentist missed. I was so impressed with his extensive knowledge and thrilled he was able to figure out the issues I had so quickly.

It had been a couple years since I had been to the dentist.... not my favorite place. But Dr. Lovell and his staff were very comforting and put me at ease. The entire staff was personable and made my visit enjoyable. They even convinced me to come back in 6 months!

Dr. Lovell's office is so clean and modern. The staff were all welcoming. Dr. Lovell explained everything very well! Over all a great office.

Never in my life have I had such an amazing dental experience. I am an anxious dental patient usually. The hygienist, Becky, was so gentle and personable. She immediately made it a relaxing environment to be in. She talked me through everything and told me she would let me know if she saw anything. She was very thorough and it was one of the best cleanings I've ever gotten. Dr. Lovell was phenomenal. His bedside manner is the greatest I've seen. He sat down and had a conversation with me and got to know me before starting the exam. He made me feel important and took his time with me. Many dentists just rush in and rush out. He was a calming presence and did a great job at making the office a comfortable place to be. I was shocked to have a dentist who got to know me and had an actual conversation with me! The front desk staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Linda and Melissa went above and beyond with making sure I was taken care of. The office was so clean and you can tell Dr. Lovell and his team put a lot of work into making it a comfortable and friendly place to be. I was surprised to see TVs on the ceiling of the rooms that played fun trivia facts to help distract you and keep your brain busy! It's easy to see they tailor to anyone and everyone, and they understand how common and debilitating dental anxiety can be. They have gone above and beyond in doing everything they can to calm your nerves and make it an enjoyable experience. I wish I could give more than five stars!

I have never been so pleased by a dentist before! His knowledge and the staff’s knowledge is impeccable not to mention the friendly professionalism of the whole office! Best dental office ever!!!!! The entire staff is always wonderfully supportive and encouraging. I can always count on being welcomed into the office with a big smile and a familiar face. They always make a normally anxious experience pleasant for me!!

Best dentist ever!! I can't imagine going anywhere else. Everyone is very helpful, friendly and compassionate. Dr. Lovell and his staff make me feel very comfortable every visit. His authentically kind, gentle & fun spirit paired with his knowledge helps alleviate much of the fear that often comes with dental visits.The office is beautiful, straight out of a design magazine! I highly recommend visiting this office and Dr. Lovell!

All services were conducted in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. We enjoyed Dr. Lovell and his staff...and his building is nicely updated and has a pleasant atmosphere. I would rate the service 5/5. Unfortunately, when navigating the cost of these services with this practice and our insurance coverage, it was incredibly difficult to get a concrete answer outside of a general assurance that we wouldn't pay too much out of pocket. My wife and I asked on three different occasions and were assured by the front desk staff that the out of pocket costs would be reasonable. The bill ended up being double what insurance covered, and we will pay hundreds of dollars extra for routine care (cleaning, xray) that could have been avoided if we would have known to talk to the 'insurance person' at the practice. We were referred to her after the bill came even though we were persistent in asking beforehand. Checking the cost of services with insurance coverage prior to actually receiving the service should be a routine practice for new patients...and every clinic that I have visited up to this point in my life has done this as a courtesy to their patients. I am disappointed that this was overlooked. If you are to visit this clinic--I would recommend that you do your homework and MAKE SURE you talk to someone who understands the insurance/cost analysis before getting services done.
