UPDATED REVIEW 1 MONTH LATER: so 1 month down and the tenderness and soreness after having the work done never subsided. Still painful to chew. I woke up yesterday with an abscess on the gum next to one of the teeth that had a larger filling placed & excruciating pain in 1 other tooth they worked on . . . 1 month in and having pain in the SAME teeth . . . Something isn’t right. I tried called SEVERAL TIMES (both locations as I know they split the week between 2 locations) and no one answers the phone or returns voicemails. Sketchy practice for sure. I’m going to take my business elsewhere and hopefully find a business that does thorough work that I won’t have to return a month later to repair. If you enjoy tooth pain and botched dental work this is your place! If not . . . Go elsewhere. I came to Simply Smile for the first time after having consistent tooth pain. I was a new patient & they were able to get me in within 2 days & fix the problem right then! Dr Marcus also fixed a broken filling from a previous dentist that was a separate issue. 3 fillings in 1 day (in and out within 2-3 hours) on my first visit! The entire staff is very friendly & make you feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend them & I will be going back routinely.

Dr. Marcus has amazing chair-side manner. I had a small filling that needed placed in the front of my mouth and he was extremely thorough. His assistant, Karlie, was amazing at placing the filling, as well! The color match was prefect! What an amazing experience!

Got some cavities filled which went fine (besides the pain 2 weeks later), but the woman who was filing down my fillings caught my lip in the dremmel which did not feel good at all. Took 6 days to heal.

My dentist was very physical with my mouth, which was really painful, the next day I had pain the muscles of my jaw. I felt that his force was completely uncomfortable and unnecessary for the type of dental work I needed. I felt very concerned about his service. Would definitely recommend finding a new dental provider.

I'm filling this out for 4 people since we all came in the same week. I will have to say we were in the process of looking for another dentist until this experience. We've been seeing Sam since my girls were babies (13 plus years if I recall) and the office really changed over the last 3-4 years. The last visit we had there we waited over 3 hours. I felt like the communication and experience was sub par at best. I said I'm going to give it one more try. This experience was MUCH better. Your office staff is extremely kind and friendly and genuinely act like they care about the patients (the brunette, I'm sorry I didn't get her name, who sits to the right when you walk in is AWESOME!) your dental hygienist is so friendly and your new dentist I just met this week is kind (I don't know him yet so the jury is still out). We will give this another try. I'm glad this experience was better :)

The dentists, assistants, receptionists etc. are amazing. My daughter had to have extensive work done on her teeth. She has a dental phobia and they were so kind and gentle to work with her fears and at the same time get all the work done that needed to be done. They never acted irritated towards her even though she gave them a rough time in the beginning. They were all so patient and responsive. We would truly recommend this practice to anyone!!!
