They turned a stressful situation into a pleasant one. The general manager is very knowledgeable and friendly. The employees were all courteous. I was very pleased with my visit today.

Aspen Dental is the best dentist office I believe you could ever go to they're all friendly as if they've known you all your life they let you know exactly what they're going to do and give you several options if necessary this is my second visit I already have another appointment scheduled for them to fix my tooth I was so happy with them getting me back in as soon as possible Dr. Woo is just great if you need a dentist contact these people you won't regret it I wish there was something more I could do then just leave a review thank you Aspen Dental

It took longer than what I thought.

I was told in a followup call after checking to be sure that my marketplace insurance would be accepted, that it would. When I called to confirm my appointment, the front desk woman told me it was not. Terrible communication within the company. Very disappointing.

It wasn't as bad I I was expecting it to be .didn't take long to get in and out .the dentist was great .but the girl who helped him was amazing very sweet here name was Jenna I think .but she was very nice and sweet

I was the first patient that they used the new x-ray scanner wand thing. It was Kool to be the first one they learned with.

Very friendly, tried to take care of all my concerns and needs. My very first appointment, when I started to leave my car wouldn't start and one of the employees went out in the pouring rain and got my car jumped for me. Now that's service. Thank you Aspen Dental!!

I don't plan on coming ever again! I never been to aspen before. I just needed 2 teeth to be filled. Schedule an appointment on Monday 10:15 got there 9:40 didn't get called til 11. 3 people came in after me got called before. Than when they finally called did an exam the lady said exactly "you have gum disease & you need to get them done before they fall out ". I told her they don't hurt she goes "well gum disease doesn't have symptoms it's like cancer" So she said the doctor will come talk to u about scheduling & pricing. Waited another 15 mins I asked u know how much longer he will tske cause I have been here for almost 3 hrs. She goes he doing surgery the surgery toke bit longer. I told her can I just call back cause I legit schedule and appointment to avoid waiting I have legit been here for 3 years .I'm going somewhere else cause you all don't care about new patience

Besides Them Switching My Appt Time The Day Of…They Got Me In & Out And I’m Satisfied With My Treatment & Results

I had an 8am appointment & was there when they opened. They informed me the dentist wouldn't be in until 10am. I took off work for the appointment & they asked if I wanted to wait. Really? They really thought I would wait 2 hours? Never again.

There is always apprehension when going to a new dentist. But the staff and doctors at Aspen dental alleviated those fears and made the experience much more at ease.

they tell you one thing over the phone then tell you they can’t help you when you show up an hour drive later. that happened to me and another person while waiting for service.

They got me in online as an emergency and helped me with my problem.
