I have never encountered a better dentistry service. The professionalism and patient service/courtesy is fantastic. From my hygienist, Lindsey, to Dr. Jenkins, and even the receptionist, the whole staff excels! My visit today only enhances the positive past experiences with Jenkins Family Dentistry. Before finding this service, I've never looked forward to a dental visit. It is very rare to find such a customer friendly service. As mentioned before from my hygienist, Lindsey, to Dr. Jenkins and the whole staff, the service more than excels. They even put up with my joking and kidding around and that says volumes! Edit: They mailed me a refund check and sent all of my dental history so that I can take it to a dentist that works with my new insurance. Very pleased! Been going to this dentist for probably the last 10 years no issues. Had a change in insurance and gave them my info over the phone. Wasn't until I arrived for my cleaning visit that they told me I would have to pay the difference in what my insurance will pay vs what they charge. $36. Wish they would have told me that on the phone before I took of work and showed up to my appointment because I would have went somewhere else that I am covered completely at.

Dr. Jenkins and his staff are the best! Everyone is friendly, professional and efficient. Dr. Jenkins explains things well but never pressures patients to pay for expensive procedures that may not be necessary like other corporate practices. My children and I have been going to Jenkins Family Dentistry for almost 10 years now. They are TOP NOTCH!! No better dentist or staff, period. They are very professional, but still treat everyone like family. You are always greeted by name with a lovely smile from Jessica! Dr. Jenkins always has a fun story or anecdote to share, he definitely puts people at ease. Our hygienist Lindsey is an absolute ROCKSTAR!! She is such a sweetheart, you will not find a kinder more caring person. She really is amazing. So glad to have found this office so many years ago.

I was in severe pain and needed a tooth extracted. They said they could take care of it and I made appointment and waited in pain 4 days. Then could not do extraction Dr. Jenkins said he was not qualified. He also said I had infection that had to be taken care of. Lie. I had been on penicillin for 5 days. They did nothing for me other than make me suffer and lied. Be careful when dealing with these people. Horrible experience.

After several attempts to get a 49 year old crown replaced that no one else could duplicate. Within 2hours Dr Jenkins and staff replaced my missing crown to a point that you can’t tell it from my other front tooth. It’s a PERFECT match!!!!!! Very courteous and friendly staff!
